"The property is conveniently located between the train station and old town with walking distance to both.. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The roof top pool is really great to cool down after wandering the city and enjoy the skyline of Seville at the same time. The breakfast is excellent - good selection, fresh fruit and fresh orange juice. Great place for a relaxing stay"

"I am a tour guide and my group and I had a wonderful time at the hotel. The staff were super friendly, especially Aracelis and Merchi in the dining room. They were phenomenal! Also, Katarina at the reception was very helpful when we had a medical emergency. Great hotel and wonderful location."

"Currently here as a solo traveller with a group. The hotel appears to be clean and my room is nice, comfortable king size bed and the bathroom has the requested walk in shower which seems to be the case for the others in my group. There's a pleasant ambience. We did have quite a wait for check in which was tedious, but to be fair, it's a large group and we arrived before 2pm. It's a bit of a walk into the main attractions here and unfortunately the hotel only had photocopied maps which very difficult to read. If you want to use the hop on bus it's a good 10 mins to the nearest stop. Toiletries-wise, I would note that there's no body lotion but otherwise pretty much as expected for a hotel at this level. There are tea/coffee making facilities but a bit stingy on the coffee which is instant. We had the buffet in the restaurant. I think the rest of my group thought it better than our previous hotels. There was a variety of salads and a soup for starters As a vegetarian, it fell down badly thereafter as there was only the side vegetables of mixed veg, onion rings, and , after asking, some fried slices of courgette which does not suffice as a main course on any planet where humans require protein to survive. When i enquired about a main course, they seemed to think that what was there was adequate and rather confused as to nutritional requirements. I have asked them to do better tomorrow and will update either positively or negatively thereafter. Not yet tried breakfast but am hopeful based upon other reviews. ."
