"Absolutely loved our stay here. Three young adults on our first girls trip away, looking for a lower-priced, comfortable place to stay and this was perfect. Quaint hotel, with really friendly staff and good sized room. Staff were happy to help with the air conditioning in our room and were always around if needed. Location was perfect, near the main park f to early morning/late evening walks and close of main centre of Seville. I believe there was an issue with the restaurant, so we had this service at a nearby hotel, which wasn’t a problem at all for us. Nice fresh food and drink, polite staff and good selection. Overall, it was a great decision to stop here. Would recommend to anyone looking for a modest place to stay in a convenient place to stay in the beautiful city of Seville. "

"Stayed two nights during first trip to Seville. Reception was hard to find in a busy square but it is well marked, just a lot of visual competition in the courtyard of the Vernerables Hospital. Reception was friendly and efficient. Spoke English well. The hotel is in an ideal location within the old city wall. A short walk to everything. The compromise is the room was a bit… antiquainted. Our room window opened to an atrium with a glass ceiling below and above. There was diffuse light but no natural day light. The light in the lower level was on well into the night and while there are black out shades that did a good job, there was no natural light or any view. There were rooms opening to the outdoors but the compromise is there was probably more noise from the square on ground level. Air conditioning worked we’ll. No in room coffee maker or fridge- would have been a nice touch. Great water pressure and heat in the shower tho it was a hand held sprayer mounted overhead. Downstairs breakfast we’ll worth the 7 euros each morning with eggs, cereal, bread, pastry fruit yogurt and unlimited coffee. There is an elevator. Short walk from the local metro stop (across the old town) or we walked from Santa Justa train station about 20 min, all on sidewalks. Didn’t eat at the associated restaurant, but great place for early afternoon tapas and drinks under the shade of large trees. I would stay again but really try to get a room with an outside window."

"The hotel was terrible! The room was odd shaped, but I could get past that. I could not overcome the moldy smelling couch (which we had booked a different room), the hair on the bathroom floor, the thred bare linens, bugs, and overall poor quality. It is not as described. The breakfast was not edible. It was so bad that we left two days early even though we had prepaid. They have not refunded us either. Had we stayed it would have ruined our whole trip to Seville. Luckily we found a 4-star hotel for the same price."
