"There’s no doubt that the main building is charming, however if you are staying in one of the more remote buildings (there are 27 …), you will probably not actually visit it after your original check in ! Moving around in the hotel between all these buildings requires walking thru a maze of corridors, tunnels, stairs etc - it’s so much simpler just to exit into the streets and alleys. In reality, being in a far room is like being in an unrelated AirBnB …"

"The location was fantastic, within walking distance of plenty of great restaurants, bars and the beautiful city centre. All the main attractions were also within a 10-minute walk. The staff were very welcoming and helpful on arrival. Unfortunately, the only downside was our room. The shower really wasn’t fit for purpose. It was incredibly small and quite dangerous to get in and out of. We’re both relatively small, so I genuinely think anyone with a larger build would struggle to use it. In hindsight, we should have asked to move rooms, although this may just have been an issue with ours. We also spotted four cockroaches during our stay, which I appreciate can be an issue in warmer climates. That said, the hotel itself was immaculate in terms of cleanliness, so I wouldn’t want that to take away from the positives. Overall, a fantastic location in a beautiful city. We absolutely loved Seville and will definitely be back!"

"Unhelpful, cold reception staff, style over substance, many repairs need done, breakfast substandard for a 4 star hotel, rooms shabby but clean, not worth the money and more like 2/3 star. Do not recommend"
