Casa Palacio Don Ramon

"We had an unplanned 3 night stay at the Don Ramon and had an absolutely amazing experience! The hotel is placed perfectly just around the corner from Zara and most of the main attractions. What made it really special was the people who were so friendly, welcoming and professional and really made you feel special. Beautifully furnished and appointed it oozes charm, style and sophistication. A brilliant experience that we will cherished forever and if we come back to Sevilla will never stay anywhere else! In addition, the breakfast is incredible with the most attentive staff I have ever seen- a true gem!!!"

"We highly recommend the Tapas Bar which we ate in on two occasions (lunch and evening) and were disappointed we weren’t in Seville for another day to have the opportunity to return for another wonderful experience! Excellent menu, delicious food, lovely atmosphere but what won our hearts most of all was the outstanding service, professionalism and friendliness of the staff in the tapas bar, with a particular mention of Joselu….what an incredible bonus to the hotel!"

"Booked a 3 night stay and subsequently booked flights etc and also booked an airport pick up from the Don Ramon. All was confirmed . We then emailed our flight details and received an email the next day cancelling our reservation. We called the hotel only to be told that they had oversold the rooms. The manager promised to provide an alternative hotel for us ….. but did not follow through with that promise ! Very unprofessional and should be avoided."
