Son Bou Playa Gold

"Went with menorca vacation through on the beach. Key was left with instructions due to late check in which was simple enough. Location is perfect, can walk to beach and shops within 10 min. Apartment was clean and had all required amenities. Only downside is that on the last day they introduced a 10 euro per day charge for sunloungers. That would of really angered me if I had to pay. The pool is perfect for kids and was pretty empty all week as was start of June. Son bou as a resort is really nice and beach is gorgeous. Family of 4 , kids aged 5 and 3."

"Saved up for our 31st Wedding anniversary, staff rude, resort shutting down. Hotel facilities ie. Pool, beach club, bar, snackbar all closed. Local shops and restaurants shut. Only a handful open. Supermarket closed had to buy food from the Spa. Waterpark and surf club shut. Had to leave the resort to travel to somewhere that was open every day."

"Apartments are very well kept, and the company running these apartments go the extra mile.Resort is 20 mins from the airport costing 30 euros in a taxi and you arrive are met by friendly informative staff. Apartments were ready 4 hours early, spotlessly clean and when you arrive a welcome pack of bread, milk, ham, cheese, water, and orange juice was waiting in the fridge ( a nice touch). Resort is laid back with a few restaurants, handful of nice bars and fantastic long beach. Guests at the apartments can use any of the local adjacent pools/restaurants (sun lounger 3 euro) which for August were really quiet and suited our family perfectly, Fantastic place and accommodation if you just want a quite beach front holiday. This is a family resort, very safe and perfect for young children."
