Seth Mestral and Llebeig Apartments

"I have stayed here for the past 3 years with my family. The last 2 years have been exceptional however this year the holiday has let us down. My daughter had to complain on Sunday to the hotel and jet2 after the pool was in a filthy condition with rubbish being around the pool since we arrived on Thursday. (See pictures). On Monday we got to the pool where it was in the same condition and now with animal feces on the side of the pool, going into the pool. My daughter immediately reported this to the receptionist who didn’t seem that much concerned and advised us the maintenance man was fixing a television. 30minutes later with children and adults now in the pool the maintenance man finally arrived and wiped the poo up with some tissue then mopped it. ( see attached picture) The pool was not closed, emptied and chemicals re applied to stop the spread of ecoli and other diseases that may have spread into the pool from the feces. Our family complained to the hotel however the manager didn’t accept our complaint and advised ‘they have strict daily cleaning schedules ‘ they may have these in place but no one is following them. Today is day 6 and the pool is finally having its first clean around the pool. Not the pool still. It is a shame we have to write this review as we have loved coming her for the past 2 years but this is not ok when it puts your families health at risk. Other problems whilst staying here: Saturday and Sunday a group of young teenagers not from the hotel came and sat around the pool blasting music and smoking weed. Not one member of staff asked them to move."

"Another lovely stay at these apartments. This was our second year staying here, this year we had an issue with our apartment on arrival but was pleased reception arranged for maintenance to come immediately to look at the issue and changed us rooms straight away. Whereas issues do happen occasionally I was pleased with how efficiently reception dealt with the problem. Pools are great, lots of sunbeds and only 5 mins walk to the beach, some of the staff in the hotel and kids club remembered us from last year which was nice. The kids club had three members of staff this year which I think worked better and allowed them to build better relationships with the kids. The face painting each night was really good and and a highlight for my kids. Food was also very good, looking forward to returning next year!"

"Fabulous accommodation! Clean, well kept, great food - we were half board and very family friendly. 30 seconds from the nearest supermarket and the beach less than 5 minutes walk away. Couldn't ask for more. All staff helpful and friendly - can't fault it!"
