Insotel Punta Prima Prestige Suites and Spa

"A great welcome by staff and a nice suite of rooms which were kept nice and clean. For the rest, I was astonished to see the place overrun with families. There wasn’t an hour in the day when you couldn’t not hear a child screaming. Definitely not the place for a solo traveller. There was no opportunity even to have the pleasure to use an adult only swimming pool. it was disappointing that only one restaurant was available for those but chose half board or above. Just bed and breakfast would’ve done as there are a few restaurants a short walk away. Just a note that the staff were brilliant especially in the restaurant they couldn’t be more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. It is not a place I would return to."

"Room was amazing no complaints at all, buffet was average and food warmish, location lovely and pool area very nice albeit pool bar very expensive and subsequently very under used (closes at six, would be nice for pre dinner drink) Need to sort loungers out as the usual people get up early and stick towels on beds and then dont show, and then whinge when someone moves their stuff. Staff were first class all round and very friendly. Lots of families with children so beware if your looking for a quieter location. Nice restraunts nearby cheaper than hotel. Overall no massive complaints but really a family resort and not for couples over a certain age"

"A very impressive hotel. Our room was excellent, location lovely, staff were super friendly and the food was extremely varied and fresh. The prestige suites mean much fewer numbers of guests which made the hotel feel much smaller and more exclusive than the huge site would suggest. Cleanliness was excellent, service was superb, noise levels, more than acceptable. Value, for school holidays was the expensive side of OK but, looking at summer holidays things get more expensive. All you need to work on is having enough sun loungers for the number of guests. This would stop the ridiculous "sun lounger reservation" issues we experienced during our stay. And maybe find a way to ban moaning British tourists who complain to each other rather than someone who could actually resolve their issues ;)"
