"Just wanted to write a review after I read all the reviews and worried. Me, my husband and 7 year old son went for a week and had a great time. The entertainment staff go above and beyond especially goofrey, Jose and Danny you were great! The food was amazing. Yes it’s hilly but it does tell you this before you book and warns you so not sure why people moan at this! The Astro turf does get a bit mud towards end of the day but it didn’t stop us having fun. Found reception areas and toilets clean. We will definitely be back!"

"I’ll be honest after reading some of the negative reviews, I arrived feeling a little nervous. But honestly, ignore them! Yes, the reception area is a bit dated and our room wasn’t ready until 3pm, but we were able to use the facilities straight away. We headed to the pool, relaxed, and enjoyed lunch. By the time we checked back with reception, our room was ready. We booked a premium location apartment and it was absolutely worth it. The room was clean, spacious, and just a short walk from everything - perfect for myself, my partner, and our 5‑year‑old. The location is beautiful. The beach nearby has crystal‑clear water, and visiting the turtles became one of our favourite parts of the trip. Some people complain that there isn’t much around, but that’s something you should know before booking — it wasn’t an issue for us at all. Food throughout our stay was great. Plenty of choice, no issues whatsoever, and we genuinely looked forward to breakfast every morning. The pool area was lovely, and our daughter adored the splash park. Gabriel was fantastic with her — she felt special every time she saw him. The drinks were absolutely fine for us, definitely not weak, and the bar staff were always friendly and hardworking. But the real stars of this hotel are the animation team. Goofy, Danny, and Jose — thank you for making this holiday unforgettable for our daughter. She still hasn’t stopped talking about you!!"

"Based on the previous reviews I was so nervous to come, my expectations were low but we have had an amazing holiday! Yes the rooms are a bit tired and dated but for the price we paid I’m ok with that. The location is perfect, quiet, beach a 1 minute walk, clear sea, just the perfect little beach and bay for our 3 year old son. He loved the pools too, plenty of sun loungers, he loved the entertainment in the evenings, The food was excellent, something different every day, and the quality of produce was excellent, a very good selection of veg every day too, I have a sweet tooth which was definitely satisfied with the dessert selection and my son loved the fresh fruit selection. When they say all inclusive they mean all inclusive, we didn’t not go hungry or thirsty and did not have to put our hands in our pockets once. We arrived before our room was ready but we were free to use the facilities as soon as we arrived. We are leaving a happy and satisfied family! It is a truly beautiful country and would happily stay here again if we decide to come back to menorca in the future"
