"Lovely boutique hotel conveniently located in central Maó and providing a warm, helpful, welcome. Private car parking available at €15/night is tricky to access (one-way road system) but secure. Rooms are small, as may be expected, but equipped with everything required for a comfortable stay and a decent night’s sleep. We booked online and received a welcome free session in their spa ( 2 jacuzzis, steam and sauna). We didn’t order breakfast as we had an early flight the following day but the café opposite the hotel was open and provided freshly squeezed OJ, pastries (incl gluten-free) and delicious coffee."

"Location is fantastic and staff are great. Right in the heart of the old town near fantastic restaurants. However the general condition of the ‘superior’ hotel room really disappointed us. It was very dilapidated and tired, with scuffs and dirt that came from lack of investment rather than lack of cleaning. It made us feel quite ripped off in comparison to our other stays on the island. So the value didn’t feel great. Noise levels were absolutely fine and amenities also totally fine, but overall the room felt slightly miss sold and not to the quality we expected. On parking, the hotel parking isn’t actually that near, so not really something to pay for. If you’re going to park in the town, be prepared for a bit of searching and walking - but free spots are available within 15 mins."
