"Where do I start. Far from a 3 star! Very run down and shabby. Room 2033 key card never worked and son had to climb over balcony to get in, even though we told reception! The rooms are basic with no worktop space to make food! Pool bar lady called Ana very rude and would not give us a cup of ice! We reported to reception and they agreed she should have given us ice! The resort is so quiet and only 3 places to eat! One of restaurants the staff were very rude and we left as we didn’t get acknowledged or served. Bus 64/65 takes you to Cala n Bosch in 10 minutes which is great on the marina is packed with restaurants and a great vibe. Cala porter is bus 64 and is a few minutes away and the cove beach is edged with restaurants and turquoise water. I would recommend staying in other resorts and not here. The pools were clean, but unmanned and people swimming through the night. Air con worked but noisy. Needs a full make over from start to finish! We had a nice time at the pool and venturing out but that was it. Cuitadella is worth a visit and is bus 65. We will not return here."

"Location of hotel is bad for anyone doing self catering unless you've got a car as its not near much at all. No bars near, a hamburger joint & one restaurant up road but they shut at least one day in week. Had to use Taxi's to get to places to eat which charge what they want, also can sometimes use the bus. Apartments were tatty, in need of a complete refurbishment. Maintenance round resort poor, one pool had slime coming out of outlet, told life guard who just got bucket and scooped it out. My son cut his foot on blocks round pool bar which were not laid properly. Alberto & his activities team were brilliant, they made this holiday for us. We won vouchers on some activities which was for a cocktail or mocktail if child won it, trouble was Christina (miserable one) & Anna the bar staff refused to honour the adults cocktail with alcohol, lucky the other bar staff were lovely. Our apartment numbers 2000 had no lift to take cases up to top floor which was hard work. Menorca is lovely but certainly won't return to this hotel. ."
