"Just got back from this hotel and was generally impressed.I will start with the positives lovely cove on the doorstep rooms good but need some updating nice pool 10 minutes from the livelier los delfins . Staff always helpful especially Vanessa Sheila and Edu in the restaurant. Alberto was great behind the bar and in the restaurant. Also the entertainment team of Che and Cece were funny. Now the negatives breakfast was ok dinner and tea were very hit and miss not enough variety could have a couple of theme days but after all said and done for what we paid it was great value for money."

"ROOMS: I'm only on day two....and two nights of barely any sleep. this room (B4) is directly next to the laundry/staff stairs snd below my window is the laundry room and must be the kitchen - a extractor fan is going throughout the night and prepare to be woken around 530/6am from all the staff noise. There is no consideration at all. Ask apart from no sleep, im in a single room - a prison cell would be bigger. I can almost touch both walls with my arms out. FOOD: Terrible!! I have no other word for it. And although breakfast is served until 10am....don't be sat in the restaurant at 10am because the lights go straight off. BAR/RESTAURANT STAFF: Most of the staff are walking around with that unapproachable look on their faces. No smiles. Don't ask for anything because it's all too much trouble. RECEPTION: A pathetic apology but no action taken. Just looked at like I was nothing."

"Another wonderful stay at this hotel. I upgraded to a sea view room (211) and the balcony was absolutely fantastic and spacious with a fantastic view straight over the bay. The rooms are a little dated, but you have to remember that this is a 3* star hotel and they are perfectly comfortable. The food, again, was fine. I found everyone moaning about the lack of choice tended to have 4 or 5 different things on one plate instead of having 1 meal as you would usually. The staff are amazing especially Marcos, Alberto, Jalil, Ceci and Cherry. Thank you for another enjoyable stay. Craig"
