"Great hotel - very clean throughout including room. Comfy beds and pillows. Such friendly helpful staff, all of them. Loved the range of activities available - gym, bike hire, table tennis, pools and evening entertainment if that's your thing. Great location, loved the 3 local calas.. 2 within a 5 min walk from hotel. And a short drive to Cuitadella. Would definitely return."

"We have had a mixed stay at prinsotel. The food in salt &co was very good and great for lunch around the pool. There are no sunbed wars but if you want a good spot you will need to put a towel down around 9am. Main pool opens at 10am and suites pool at 11am. The room we have has issues with dampness and mould caused by the shower fall being incorrect. The hotel responded straight away however all they could do was add some silicon and replace the blown wood. Still very smelly but as we had already moved rooms didn’t want to move again. Looks like this has been like this for some time. Rooms around the pool are nice outlook however very noisy, go with a 1st floor if you can. Guests night swimming at around 22:00/23:00 caused disturbance and nothing is done about it. Food in the buffet for dinner was awful with raw chicken not worth the €90 for the 4 of us. Breakfast has been good with lots of options. Restaurants onsite impossible to book unless you want to eat at 9pm. A suggestion would be to make the ‘suites pool’ a quiet pool with no large inflatables/ball games as it became a bit overrun at times. And would be a far nicer experience. Overall a nice stay but I would expect a bit more for 4 stars."

"We love this Hotel! This was our 2nd year staying and we stayed in a 2 bedroom suite with pool and just perfect for us, the pool not deep at all but lovely to cool down in. The suites are very close to Picco Restaurant which is just lovely, their Sushi is amazing and special mention for the staff, Nuria and Rosa looked after us so well and work so hard. We had the added bonus this year of being able to have breakfast in Picco which we much preferred to the buffet. We also really enjoyed the Grill Restaurant, great food and staff."
