"For us it’s perfect, lost count of how many times we have stayed here but it’s at least 6 separate occasions. Just one niggle…….the play list in the Blue Bar is very short, it must drive the staff nuts, I usually have two beers about 4 - 5pm and very often I hear songs at least twice in the time it takes me to drink 2 beers. It’s not that the music is bad but it gets that way once you hear the same thing day after day. Maybe tomorrow, Sunday 4 October, you could switch to another playlist?"

"The day before we arrived, we were contacted by email and telephone to say there was a problem with availability of our room. Suggestions were made as to how to resolve this, with a very agreeable result for us. We have stayed here several times before, and were very pleased with the new developments such as water stations. However, we were disappointed with the Galdana a la carte restaurant which we booked for a special occasion- the atmosphere was souless, and it was half empty, with the smart casual dress code not adhered to. We much preferred the Oliva buffet, excellent choice of freshly prepared food, and not a french fry in sight! The rooms are quite small, as is the bathroom which has the toilet immediately behind the door, a huge sink with nowhere to put toiletries, but luxury White Company goods. The original wardrobes have been removed, so hanging space is limited and on show. There is a tiny desk with a kettle , which would have made a good dressing table if there had been a mirror above it. We enjoyed our stay, but not sure we would return"
