"On October 24th we went to the spa and the only thing worth it about this place are the two employees who are being overworked. "On 10/10/26 we went, they gave us a spa and massage voucher, we had the appointment in the afternoon, so we decided to book and stay that night. They told us that at the spa we had to arrive 15m early; they took us 45m later, organization 0. We hadn't been in the jacuzzi for 1m when a girl dressed in street clothes enters with 2 children who start diving in as if it were a swimming pool. I complained to the attendant that it is a place to relax and that the children cannot be jumping around, and she told me they have permission. Sauna with no temperature control, no water for steam to come out; we couldn't even stay for 5m because it burned us. In short, no maintenance, neglected, very small, people enter without control, and the room was dirty, a corner shower where you cannot move, water leaks everywhere, dirty walls, dirty duvets with a bad smell. The only good thing I can say is the breakfast; I will not go back."
