If you do go, do be prepared to see less of younger people and more catered to older generation"

"We returned to the hotel after visiting for the first time in October 25 and hoped it would have improved the evening meals. The hotel is spotless and staff work extremely hard . Our request for a ground floor room was met and our room looked out over the pool, there are multiple pools and getting a sun lounger was never an issue. Our room was well equipped and comfortable and no complaints in that respect, we like the system of putting money on your room so whenever you order you simply sign for it and it is deducted from your tab. The food at the pool bar was an improvement on the food in the dining hall. Our issue last year was the quality of food served on an evening, sadly it hasn’t improved, chicken breasts are the thinnest ones I have ever seen, the food was cooked well enough but it is very cheap all inclusive quality and sadly will put us off returning. The evening entertainment is a mix , some good some poor, Diego is a cracking singer, we also seen some other decent acts but the Flamenco show reduced us to going out for the night. The staff are a shining light at the hotel with the bar staff outstanding, Israel, Magda, Paco and Vincente all working their socks off at the pool bar during the day and in the bar on a night. The other issue for us is the walk up from the sea front to the hotel, due to my wife’s health we found this a bit too much. Overall I would say if you are going to visit, go Bed and Breakfast."

"Overall, a lovely hotel in a great location. Spotlessly clean, friendly staff, lots of pools to choose from, no fight for a sun bed. Huge, comfortable beds, decent size room, powerful shower. Live music in the bar each evening. A few negatives … We were unable to use the pool on the day we arrived as the hotel had no towels available, they were waiting for them to come back from the laundry. After travelling and a stressful airport experience we were disappointed not to be able to relax by the pool on our first day. We went half board and expected à la carte evening meal but it was unfortunately buffet service (all inclusive type low quality food). Drinks were over priced and had to be paid for immediately and plates were whipped away practically as you took the last bite. Not what we enjoy or expected and exactly why we avoid all inclusive hotels. Air conditioning was not the best. We would recommend the hotel but advise going room only/bed and breakfast and making the most of the extensive choice of restaurants nearby."
