"Where to start!!! What an amazing experience was to stay at this lovely hotel. Starting with the stunning surrounding of Tramuntana to the friendliness and warmth of each member of the hotel staff. A big thanks to Cátia, who perfectly organized our stay and gave us the best guidance possible on arrival; to the Valet service provided, considering the parking caos of Santa Ponsa (life changing); to Marcio's friendliness at breakfast; to the courtesy of Chef César, who came to speak to us at the end of the dinner (by the way, such an amazing dinner we had)...the staff is amazing. The room is perfectly decored and confortable. This was a perfet "get away from our kids" and we now leave Mallorca willing to come back to this hotel. Thank you all."

"What a beautiful experience! We came for a wedding but stayed for another week. The congeniality and helpfulness of the staff was amazing, We had to change rooms to extend our stay but found both rooms to be very nice, in particular the second one. The extra care from Catya (spelling?) and Allesandro to solve a business problem, Manu at the pool, all need a special mention. The only slight let down was Santa Ponsa itself which could benefit from some better restaurants if you fancy venturing out but the location of the hotel itself gives spectacular views of the bay and has a very laid-back atmosphere. The rooms are good value for money but the restaurant can get a little pricey. Make sure you ask how much the catch of the day is!"

"A great place to relax, with a team that really makes the difference. We had a lovely stay here. It's a great place for couples looking for a few quiet days away. One thing we really appreciated was how easy everything was from the moment we arrived. The reception team were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, took care of our luggage and made us feel at home straight away. A special mention goes to Cátia, the head of reception, who was absolutely wonderful. We hadn't arranged parking in advance, but she quickly took care of everything and organised valet parking for us. Anyone who knows Santa Ponsa will understand what a relief that is, as finding parking in the area can be a nightmare! Her kindness and willingness to help made a great first impression. The restaurant was another highlight. Great food, attentive service and a really pleasant atmosphere. We also had the pleasure of meeting Chef César, who personally came over to our table. It was lovely to see how passionate he is about his cooking, and that passion really comes through in the quality and care put into every dish. It's always special when you get to meet the person behind such a great dining experience. Breakfast was probably our favourite part of the day. Plenty of choice, excellent quality and a beautiful view that makes you want to stay at the table a little longer. A special thank you to Márcio, who greeted us with a smile every morning and made breakfast even more enjoyable. The rooms are clean, modern and nicely decorated. Just one small suggestion: better lighting around the mirrors would be useful. What really stood out was how peaceful everything felt and how the staff helped make it that way. For such a new hotel, they've already got so many things right. We'd happily stay here again!"
