"This has been a pleasant and exceptional experience the perfect blend of beach club and hotel luxury with amazing staff, facilities and food.. for me the best I’ve experienced in Mallorca.. Santa Ponsa is not my location of choice but this hotel has unbelievable views and position and an atmosphere and ambience I’ve not seen on the island in 2 years.. The food, rooms, wellness centre and facilities are first class and know will only improve in 2026… DJ afternoons are amazing.. Every member of staff contributed to making my stay memorable but like to thank Laura & Alessandra for helping my body and mind recover, Sergio and Alejandro for keeping me well fed & watered and Pablo, Borja and Anna are exceptional hosts who have made my stay and hotel experience one of the best ever.. good luck next year.. "I really liked the views and the personal are super nice and friendly. Breakfast is so tasty, always looked forward for it! Best breakfast ever. By the pool always plays music and atmosphere is really relaxed what you need on the holiday. Only thing that you always need to reserve the place by the pool and show up before 12.00. Notice, if you book simple double room - it is really small, I would suggest to book bigger. On the cloudy day did use the SPA, it is small, but still great to have it. Our room was cleaned every day. Overall nice stay."

"From the moment we stepped into the hotel, it was the most special experience. Welcome drink on arrival; instead of waiting at the reception desk we were led to a seating area whilst our luggage was taken to our rooms. The breakfast is absolutely worth the money and highly recommended. Large buffet (including cava) all cooked to the highest standard. Spending a day round the pool is an equally positive experience - booking your sun lounger at reception, very attentive service (especially by Sergio) and brilliant lunch options. Thoroughly recommend."
