"Excellent and trendy hotel with the Puro feeling"

"Beautiful hotel. Boho, high standard. Gorgeous setting, lovely staff and food and drink. Amazing views but it’s at the top of a steep hill. Lots of steps in the hotel to get to room and a hike back from the beach area up a lot of very steep steps! Santa Ponsa itself felt very ‘Brit resort’ but the hotel is a slice of calm and a very high standard. We ate at an amazing fish restaurant on the seafront nearby - las olas, need to book! We also ate in the hotel restaurant which was excellent and went into both Palma and puerto portals in taxis. We avoided the square but it might be your thing! But had a decent pizza at il vivo Italian nearby the hotel and square. We chilled a lot by the pool. As others have said, beware you need to book sunbeds. There was work going on at a hotel in front of puro and a big crane but it didn’t bother us too much. Wasn’t too noisy. We loved the breakfasts and found all the staff to be helpful and very friendly. We loved our 5 nights at purobeach!"

"We had the most amazing mini break at Purobeach resort . The hotel is beautiful, food and drinks amazing but the service is what stands out the most about this place. Both my partner and I said we have never had more friendly or experienced staff on any trip. A huge special thank you to Andrea, he really made our trip that extra bit special and is the reason we will book to come again next year. Alex was also extremely friendly, helpful and really made us feel at home. A beautiful hotel with wonderful people, we can’t wait to come back"
