"stayed here all inclusive for 4 nights and booked 2 double rooms, had a pleasant stay with good value for money. Pros: Brilliant location next to the beach! The atmosphere was good, lots of helpful staff and there was always entertainment on between the 2 hotels. The food was brilliant, lots of choice and was mostly in good condition. The snack bar had lots of choices, probably the best snack bar i’ve ever been to! The rooms were spacious and had plenty of storage, our room was interconnecting which was convenient for us! The cleaners came to our room every morning and left the room in a nice condition every time. Cons: Our air con was really loud to the point we had to turn it off to be able to sleep well. The beds were extremely hard making us all wake up with sore backs but it was tolerable for the short break. The rooms aren’t very soundproof and we were next to stairs/lifts which could’ve been an issue but luckily people were quiet enough that we weren’t disturbed. There was mould and mildew in the shower and around one of the air cons and one of the walls was battered as well as the top of one of the doors, nothing major but it could do with a refurb soon in my opinion. Sunbeds were usually full but we went to the beach every day so it didn’t impact our holiday. There was always a long queue for drinks on a night time but again didn’t impact us too much as we went out every night. Overall, there are some things that could be improved but we had a really good time overall and it was worth the value for money! :)"

"Stayed there for 4 nights. Location really close to the beach, 3 minutes walk, and the beach, beautiful! Food was excellent. The GLOBALES PIONERO hotel in Santa Ponsa is full of life & plenty to do in the evening when you wanna chill & go for a walk. Hotel staff really kind, especially reception staff & photo staff. Had an outstanding photo shoot on the beach with the photo hotel staff, I give it 6 stars, not just 5. 🔝 Would definitely go back again, I highly recommend it!"

"The hotel is simply wonderful, the service is top-notch, the staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, and the view from the balcony is absolutely amazing! But I would especially like to highlight the work of the animation team — it was simply WOW! The animators give their all, and the activities are very diverse, so you definitely won’t get bored at this hotel! They make the activities really fun and engaging and are always open to interacting with the guests. You don’t just watch the game — you become a part of it, and that’s what makes it so exciting! The evening shows are also very diverse and beautifully organized. I especially want to highlight one of the animators, Marta. All the activities are wonderful, but the ones she participated in were simply unforgettable. I have never experienced such amazing interaction with guests before. She is incredibly open, communicative and warm towards the guests, and she always makes you feel comfortable and welcome. She knows how to keep the audience’s attention and how to interact with children — they absolutely adore her! And not only the children, but the adults too, myself included, because she knows how to connect with everyone. Marta doesn’t just do her job — she truly lives for it, and you can see that. I would especially like to thank her and other animators also for creating such a wonderful atmosphere and making our holiday so enjoyable! ❤️"
