THB Sa Coma Platja

"Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience at THB Sa Coma Platja. During our stay, a festival was taking place very close to the hotel, with extremely loud music playing until around 4 a.m. The noise was so intense that it was practically impossible to sleep. We were travelling with children, and the situation became so unbearable that after only two nights we decided to leave the hotel and move to another accommodation at our own expense. What disappointed us most was that we had not been informed in advance that such a loud event would be taking place during our stay. Had we known this when making the reservation, we definitely would not have chosen this hotel for those dates. From a hotel of this category, we would expect guests to be informed in advance about such exceptional circumstances and, above all, to be able to get some sleep at night. Unfortunately, for this reason, we cannot rate our stay positively."

"Arrived at 2.45am reception could not have been more helpful a credit to the hotel.My only gripe is we are booked in as half board but have to PAY for soft drinks at our evening meal drinks are free at breakfast.I would love an explanation Hotel is first class clean it’s just having to pay for drinks with our evening meal I’m puzzled"

"Heaven! Just as last time. The hotel is so beautiful. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean and so (!) delicately decorated. Just elegant. Everything is fresh; the linen, the closets, the spacious balcony with the beautiful blue glass blending in with the surroundings and the elegant furniture. The food is unique. Just a simple dish as a chicken salad have they manage to make a true pleasure for both sight and taste. The peaceful, quiet and serene atmosphere in the pool area, which also is spotless, was heaven - in stark contrast to surrounding hotels playing «Cotton Eye Joe» on full volume from breakfast time. What a nightmare. At THB Sa Coma Platja you only hear birds and the water. Absolutely loved it!! Plenty of clean, elegant sunbeds and umbrellas as well. The location by the nature reserve is just wonderful. You can walk to a tiny museum and a lovely restaurant with an amazing view (Es Castel Bar?). The staff in all areas of the hotel are so friendly and helpful, and the reception staff speak various languages (especially an older reception man). If they ever open a gym at the hotel, we’ll definitely stay longer next time, which we hope will be soon. Thank you for this peaceful, beautiful break!"
