"My wife and I spent a week at Mallorca palace , celebrating our anniversary, the hotel was fantastic and it definitely was worth the five stars it was given . Food was buffet style and was definitely top quality, we loved our stay and the staff were extremely friendly, we would have no issue recommending this hotel"

"Staff were lovely at this hotel, food choices for gluten were catered for but having to constantly ask daily became very tiresome. We’d stayed at a different hotel on the island that had a dedicated gluten free area where you could just help yourself which for us was preferred- sorbet was not offered as a dessert, which was disappointing as most of the offerings contained milk. We had an issue with toilet upon arrival that should have been reported by the cleaning team, however we reported it to reception and it was dealt with immediately and efficiently. The room was clean and fresh upon arrival, we paid for a premium room and the ground floor balcony was a nice bonus. But we didn’t feel any other benefits from the extra fee. Entertainment was very hit and miss most nights, in the whole week only two performers were good, I was embarrassed for a couple of them and had to leave the bar early to avoid the pain of listening to it. We also felt very pressured every night to keep purchasing drinks. The pool areas indoor and outside were very clean and well looked after and the gardens were manicured and well kept. We didn’t use the gym, steam room or sauna but it looked very nice. Overall we would visit again but only if we cannot get booked at our preferred hotel in Alcudia."

"My husband and I had a lovely 11 day holiday at this super adult only hotel. All the staff are very friendly & helpful, the food excellent, both in terms of quality & variety, and all areas are spotlessly clean and well maintained. There are plenty of sunbeds and seating areas and, even although it was near the end of the season, we had entertainment every evening. (One morning a week we were lucky enough to be serenated at breakfast by a superb pianist!) I would definitely recommend this hotel."
