"A great first visit. Family of 10, aged 9 through to 82! Great location, 30 mins stroll along beautiful Pine Walk to town, a few hotels, shops and cafes on route. Hotel staff exceptionally friendly. Food great, suited all tastes. Rooms, a good size. Agree with others that privacy not great with bathroom layout. A great week for all our family. Thankyou"

"We stayed for a week for October half term with several generations of family, including young grandchildren Firstly the staff, with the exception of one man, were friendly and helpful. The food was of a decent all inclusive standard but the labelling on some food was poor, especially for vegetarians. The rooms are of an excellent size but the bathroom situation is a bit bizarre. The privacy of the shower and toilet are a bit questionable when you’ve got kids and friends of the kids staying in the same room. There were two televisions with a good selection of British channels. We had a room with a pool side garden, but we hardly used it as at this time of year it doesn’t get much sun and the bushes around it prevent access to the pool area. I wouldn’t pay extra agin for that room. The animacion team were excellent and great with the younger kids. They also did Halloween activities and decorated the hotel appropriately. Some of the evening entertainment was really good, some were average. The drinks quality was good, estrella on tap and many branded spirits included. Location is in a quiet part of Puerto Pollença, a coupe of minutes walk from the start of the pine walk, which is a beautiful 1 mile stroll to the main town. We also got a €14 taxi to the main town of Pollença one day. This is a beautiful town and well worth a visit. The weather was mainly good, with some rain and cloud. The spa area is excellent, one of the best I’ve seen in a 4* hotel. Overall we had a good holiday and I will recommend this hotel."

"Very nice hotel and excellent staff. Our very young children made quite a mess on the floor in the restaurant Tried to clean it up but Tony the waiter said he would do it, we should enjoy the holiday (he is so helpfull) . The staff in the dining area really are very nice. Everywhere was very clean and well maintained can’t fault it and great for family’s"
