"The breakfast is excellent, and the staff are genuinely warm and welcoming. The hotel has a beautifully refined interior and a very elegant overall style, which makes the atmosphere feel calm and high‑quality. The location is quite secluded, which is perfect if you want a peaceful stay, but vey close to everything. The hotel could benefit from a cooldown pool or a few extra facilities to reach true top‑quality level. For us, travelling with small children who mainly need a quiet and comfortable place to relax, it was absolutely ideal."

"First of all I want to say that Maria and Allejandro were brilliant, very helpful and friendly. The rest of the staff were less so and sometimes verged on rude. The problem seemed to be they were very short staffed. At any one time one individual was responsible for reception, the bar and the pool area. I agree with previous comments that the self service check-in is a negative. It is time consuming and not what you need after a tiring journey. Hardly a warm welcome. The breakfast was disappointing. The food was good but sparse. Fried eggs go immediately and took half an hour to be replenished on some days while the chef makes individual orders. Pastries were similarly hard to come by. There was not enough seating, especially for groups of four so we had to eat separately or squash around a two-person table on most days. There is no air conditioning in the breakfast room. Don’t bother with the pool snacks at lunch time - overpriced and sub standard. They have done a good job on the refurbishment. Our room was nicely done out with plenty of space and a good bathroom. We were on the ground floor facing the pool which did mean privacy was a bit of an issue but on the flip side it was very convenient for the pool. The pool area is nice and kept very clean. It is a small pool so at peak times a swim is impossible (especially when families take up half of it to play catch 😅). But first thing or later in the afternoon it was quieter. If you don’t like kids jumping in etc then this isn’t the place for you. The location is good with easy access to the beach, shops and restaurants. The main area of the resort is a 15 minute walk away. All in all we wouldn’t stay again but the price and location were decent. A few more staff would make all the difference."

"We have booked one apartment in this hotel for 2 months of July & August with our 2 children age 7 and 9, I hope this feedback will give a slightly better honest overall experience / judgement than most, especially when I see poor reviews and comments on here it’s very disappointing to see people complaining and picking at small minor issues. Let me start by mentioning the staff are fabulous and the new refurbishment is absolutely beautiful, No it’s not 5 star and no it’s not adults only as I see some clientele wishing it was, however it’s spotlessly clean and the food and service is great, we have stayed in most of the hotels in port de Pollença over the last 25 years and I can honestly say it’s great value and a perfect location for a family or even couples or friends wishing to stay close to the beach and restaurants, We are currently here until the end of August and have met some love families & people throughout our stay who all thought the hotel was perfect- so please don’t let the negative comments put you off - trust me if it was bad I wouldn’t have stayed for the whole summer so I hope this gives you a slightly better perspective & no I’m not on commission: ) ha ha The only comment I would say … if you don’t like young kids jumping in the pool having fun then please book the adults only around the corner as one lady thought it was absolutely ridiculous that she got splashed by water as she was reading her book in the pool & complained to the manager last week? maybe she should have gone to the adult only hotel as the majority of the people around the pool were also shocked by her reaction and swearing in front of the young children, apart from that it’s been absolutely perfect & we will be back!!
