Cabot Pollensa Park Spa

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic family holiday – we would definitely return! We are on the last day of our fabulous holiday and have had an amazing stay at Cabot Pollensa Park & Spa. We stayed in a Superior Room, which was modern, comfortable and had excellent air conditioning – definitely appreciated in the July heat! There was also a complimentary bottle of water waiting for us on arrival, which was a lovely touch. Our room was on the second floor overlooking the roof, so the view wasn’t the best. If having a great view is important to you, I’d recommend requesting a higher floor. That said, the room itself was spotless and very comfortable. We actually kept the room because it was on a lower floor, which meant my daughter could easily use the stairs instead of the lifts. The hotel itself is immaculate. There always seemed to be cleaners around, and every area of the hotel was kept beautifully clean throughout our stay. The food was excellent, with plenty of choice at every meal and a different theme each evening. There was always fresh food being cooked in front of you, with at least one freshly prepared dish every evening. We also loved the BBQ night, which is included as part of the all-inclusive package – just remember to book it in advance. The staff really make this hotel special. The bar staff are friendly, the restaurant staff work incredibly hard, and the animation team are absolutely fantastic. They have activities running by the pool throughout the day, and the children loved getting involved. In the evenings, the entertainment is really well organised, starting with activities for younger children before moving on to entertainment for adults, so there’s something for everyone. It was also reassuring to see Jet2 representatives at the hotel each day if guests needed any help or advice. We also visited Hidropark in Alcúdia, which we really enjoyed. It’s not as big as some of the larger water parks, but that’s actually what we liked about it. It felt much more manageable and easy to get around. If you’re visiting during the summer holidays, I would definitely recommend paying for the Fast Pass, as the queues for the slides can be very long. Without it, you’ll spend a lot of your day waiting in line, whereas the Fast Pass meant we could make the most of our visit. Puerto Pollensa itself is beautiful, with lovely beaches, restaurants and a stunning promenade. It is quite an expensive resort if you’re planning to eat out every night, but because the food at the hotel was so good, we were more than happy to eat there most evenings. Overall, we have had a fantastic holiday and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to families or couples alike. The combination of excellent staff, delicious food, spotless facilities and a relaxed atmosphere made it a wonderful place to stay. We had an amazing holiday and would happily return. "Just finished a week here, myself and my two children, had a brilliant stay and don’t have any complaints, the food was great, the children entertainers are brilliant, especially Giuseppe! Rooms were comfy and modern and had a great view of the mountains and sea from our balcony. The kids loved the pool and the splash park. As a single parent holidaying with just my children I felt safe and comfortable and will hopefully return one day. Highly recommend! All I would say is, bring mosquito repellent and bite treatment.. I am covered in bites!!"

"Just had a week in the hotel Cabot and would recommend it. More positives than negatives. The only negative comment would be is there seems to be an area of the hotel with refurbished rooms and one which are not. We were in the rooms that were not. Although they are perfectly fine, the AC could have been better. We didn’t struggle with being too hot, but it would have been nicer for it to be a bit cooler. I have read some comments about the staff being rude. I personally wouldn’t say that, but they didn’t go out of their way to be over friendly despite me trying to make a bit of effort. The animation team were really good though and very entertaining. The great thing about this place is the food. We were all inclusive and I thought the food was amazing. So much choice and to such a high standard we have a family member with allergies and when I mentioned this, I was introduced to the head chef who was brilliant. He made sure we were catered for and went out of his way to make sure we were looked after. I think it’s the best all inclusive buffet I have had. The snack bar is limited though, particularly on an afternoon. Also, didn’t see an option for ice creams or lollies for the kids which we have had on other all inclusive holidays. All in all would definitely recommend this place and will come back. I will just make sure we have a refurbished room. Thanks for a great holiday"
