"Rooms are lovely, hotel in a good position in resort with a lovely square at the front of it with s few bars and restaurants. We went half board, evening meal was lovely lots of variety and always hot, breakfast was plenty of variety but bacon, sausage, beans, hash browns mushrooms etc were always cold, waited for a fresh tray of bacon to come out of the kitchen thinking it would be hot but was also cold. My husband did have a word with manageress in the restaurant, said she would look into it but nothing changed. This would be the only thing that would stop us going back to this hotel unfortunately."

"Hotel located in the small town of Portocolom, frequented mainly by foreign guests (at least during the period we were there). Nice and clean rooms, buffet breakfast and dinner with varied and abundant food, while drinks are paid for separately. Large swimming pool with solarium area, spa, and gym. Super kind staff. A car is necessary to get around the island, which is wonderful. Also recommended for families with children. I would go back!"

"We stayed at this hotel for the second time. The room is still just as clean, thanks to Ghislan who does meticulous work and offered us a different way of making the beds each day. We also thank her because we had a small issue with a door that would no longer close; she did not hesitate to call the front desk to explain the problem to them (which was resolved within 30 minutes, thanks for the responsiveness). The beds are comfortable and the pillows are as soft as you could wish for. The restaurant is clean, the buffet is well-stocked with different dishes every night. The servers are kind and smiling. We did not take advantage of the pool because we preferred the beach, but that is our personal choice. However, we were disappointed with the spa; not all the hydromassages work. A small note also regarding the 1 euro fee for changing towels or for being able to weigh your suitcase, I find that embarrassing for a hotel of this caliber. In short, we had an excellent stay all the same; these last remarks did not tarnish our 10-day vacation at all and we will certainly return."
