"The hotel is very clean, staff are wonderful, especially Antonio on reception. The food is very nice, although doesn’t change much, or isn’t very Spanish, no Iberico ham to carve, tiny amount of gazpacho, always empty, etc. The hotel guests are 99% German, the hotel caters for them, even the Tui Rep’s grasp of English was poor and lastly the curtains in the rooms do not meet in the middle, mean a shaft of sunlight wakes you at approx 4am! I would rate the hotel as ‘good’ but this option is unavailable."

"This was my third stay at this hotel and my fourth at a RIU property, and once again it did not disappoint. I truly appreciate every aspect of the experience: the excellent breakfast and dinner buffet, the professionalism and kindness of the staff, the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms, and the reliable high-speed Wi-Fi that makes remote work easy. The location is another great advantage—just a short walk from the beach while being pleasantly removed from the late-night noise and parties. Highly recommended!"

"We return to this hotel regularly. It has an excellent location, and the rooms are modern, comfortable, and well-equipped. The housekeeping is outstanding, and I would especially like to recognize Claudia, who does her job exceptionally well. The staff are amazing – everyone is incredibly friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The food is excellent. There is a wide variety of dishes, and everything we tried was delicious. We especially enjoyed the evening entertainment, which created a wonderful holiday atmosphere. We are already looking forward to our next visit."
