"I was disappointed by the hotel. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were large and spacious. However, they totally overdid it with the cleanliness. No matter what time of day it was, the staff would come into the room and fix the duvet, fold the towels, etc. I did not feel comfortable. It was like an inspection, and I felt watched. The spa area could be nicer; there are just doors everywhere that you have to open. The outdoor pool is more of a kiddie pool for so many guests, in my opinion. Anyone who wants to swim laps here will be very disappointed. Our rooms were located on the street side. It was incredibly loud. I rate these rooms as economy rooms. I paid 2500 euros for 10 days, and when I asked to change rooms, I was ignored. The food was of good quality, but after a few days, the selection repeated itself. I had also expected more entertainment, but I was disappointed there as well. During the day, a few nice workshops take place, but in the evening there was no music and no band played either."

"From start to finish this hotel and all of the staff have exceeded our expectations, from the welcome drink s , small treats in the room, cleanliness and activities it has made our holiday extra special. The food was good but the lunch time menu at the bar where we ordered lunch daily rather than the buffet was superb especially the club sandwich! A huge thanks to Luis who was very attentive and made us some fabulous mocktails to try and also Julia who encouraged us to get involved in the activities, we made cocktails, soap, bath bombs, local digestive drink, ceramics and coffee scrub. The spa was spotless and well maintained and not too busy. We stayed all inclusive star prestige where you get a mini bar (only the non alcoholic drinks are free) pool towels, robes, slippers and a 6th floor room with special access to the roof top. The young lady at the buffet who greeted us daily was so friendly and welcoming, all of the staff go out of thier way to make your stay special - we will definitely be back. There are a lot of reviews about the local area being rowdy and it can be but it did not impact us as the hotel is very tranquil and relaxing. It's right on the bus route, we took number 25 to palma for 2 euro and only a 30 min transfer from the airport."

"This is an adults only hotel from Iberostar, a resort chain where I have stayed many times worldwide. I am not sure what qualifies as a 5 star resort anymore but this one certainly isn't. The main reason I picked it was because of their vaunted rooftop bar and restaurant to see the sunset after a long work trip. Well, as it turns out the bar closes at 6pm and the pool at 7pm. Note sunset is at 7:30pm. Furthermore, I was informed at checkin that the rooftop restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. When I asked what other restaurant options there were, the hotel only has a buffet restaurant open. I don't know what five star resort offers a cheap buffet as their only option to their guests. Terrible. And to add salt to the wound, this is the sign in the elevator on my way to my room saying the restaurant is open 7 days a week. See the photos. You can do much better on Mallorca than Iberostar Selection Llaut Palma. I did pay to upgrade to a balcony room which was nice. The rest of the property was not."
