"I loved everything about this immaculately clean hotel for example the perfectly equipped and spacious apartment and the helpful and sweet-natured staff. For me, it was a perfect time to go because I imagine it would be a bit intense for me in Playa de Palma at the height of the season. Even in late October the sun was strong enough to get a good tan and the hotel facilities were perfect such as the exquisitely firm mattress, superb housekeeping and choice of several swimming pools. Journey to Palma is quick and costs two euros on the regular bus service."

"Came with my wife for a few days away. Overall we had a great time even though the weather was mixed. The hotel was really clean with friendly staff. But honestly it’s probably not quite a 5 star. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the shower was great but the beds were separate and the space is only average. The air conditioning didn’t work as we were told the whole hotel was set at one temperature which was too cold for us at this time of year. The food was lovely and the chefs were helpful, but the range was only good. The steak was inedible, but chicken was great. Only small things but not quite what we expected for all 5 stars. The bike hire was great. The pool was lovely and the sun loungers were the comfiest ever! The pool was however really cold as was the spa pool so we didn’t use either sadly. Finally the gym air conditioning didn’t work so it was baking and the range of equipment for a proper workout was poor, but it was ok for a quick 15 mins if there were not more than 2 people in there. I would recommend it to friends and family and would go back but not 5 stars."

"Lovely rooms, good size bathrooms. My only gripe is that the beds were uncomfortable, very hard mattress. We were provided with a topper but it didn’t make much difference unfortunately. An excellent Buffett breakfast though with a great selection of food. "
