Hipotels Playa de Palma Palace

"Too noisy location because of all the drunk people and loud music all night long from surrounding area. No AC in the room and small poorly cleaned rooms which feels outdated vs the reception area. Too many drunk Germans as well inside as outside the hotel. Good lunch Buffé but the breakfast was too noisy and almost full every day, sometimes no seat where to be find. Dinner was also noise and not as good food as lunch. It took almost 40min to check in when we arrived in the night. Very poor soundproof rooms and small balconies."

"Everything correct in general, rooms correct, although they already need a renovation and to be updated to the standard of a 4*. Breakfast buffet good, they make you grilled items on the spot and to your liking, rest of products very good. I only find one major drawback with the breakfasts. Coffee is the favorite part of breakfast and I don't understand why they don't take care of it. It is horrible, I couldn't drink it and that made me not rate the breakfast as well. They could offer premium coffee even if it has an added cost, many of us would pay that difference to have a good coffee."

"Service is good. Rooms are old and not good. We have been other barcelo hotel, but this hotel condition is not in same level than others."
