Comfortable sun loungers, always plenty available and staff looking after you around the pool to help with umbrellas and drinks/food during the day. Breakfast and dinner had excellent choices. Sabrine our housekeeper made our stay even better. Cannot wait to return"

"I wish I stayed here my entire stay on Mallorca! The hotel was so accommodating and hospitable. All of the staff were welcoming and kind. It is family friendly, but still quiet and relaxing. They have high chairs, beach toys and just about everything you need to bring a little one. The breakfast buffet is very delicious. The rooms are bright and clean. Easy beach access with a great pool as well. Worth every penny!!"

"This was our fifth time visiting Mallorca, and without a doubt, this is the best hotel we have stayed at on the island. We spent a week here in August as a family of three (two adults and our 12-year-old child) and honestly, it is hard to find anything to complain about. The hotel is in a fantastic location, right next to the beautiful beach on the Bay of Alcúdia. The beach is literally just a few steps away, across the dunes. You can rent sunbeds on the beach, which are well worth it if you want to spend the whole day there. But if you prefer not to, it is just as easy to head back to the hotel and enjoy the pool. We particularly liked that the pool works really well for both adults and children. The staff deserve a special mention. They are consistently friendly, warm and professional, always with a genuine smile, while never being intrusive. From the moment we arrived, we felt very welcome and well looked after. It is one of those places where you simply feel comfortable. The hotel itself is peaceful, very well maintained and clearly run to a high standard. The attention to cleanliness is noticeable everywhere, in the rooms, corridors, common areas and around the pool. Our room was very comfortable and had a lovely view of the pine trees. Everything was clean, well maintained and thoughtfully arranged. We were also very impressed with the food. We stayed on a half-board basis, with breakfast and dinner included. At dinner, you choose one main course from the menu, followed by access to a very extensive buffet. The choice was excellent, everything was fresh and the overall quality of the food was genuinely impressive. The location is another big advantage. We have been staying around Playa de Muro for years and think it is one of the best areas of Mallorca. The hotel is a great base both for relaxing and for exploring the island. We also rented a car through the hotel, which was very convenient. The only minor issue we experienced was that the QR code/app for ordering drinks and food around the pool was not working properly. But this is really just a tiny detail and certainly did not affect our overall experience. Overall, this is easily one of the best hotels we have stayed at on our holidays, and definitely the best one we have found in Mallorca. It combines an exceptional location, peace and quiet, high standards, excellent cleanliness, genuinely great service and very good food. We will definitely be coming back to Mallorca, and when we do, we already know where we will stay. We simply won’t be looking for another hotel in this area, for us, the choice is an easy one."
