"We are currently staying at this resort. I would like to say I am enjoying it, and to be quite honest, the room isn’t half bad. Views are pretty okay, airconditioning works, shower is amazing. However you can hear everything that is happening outside your room. Balconies have almost 0 privacy. And then dinner, the buffet style dinner idea is fine, but the execution is poor at best. The food is cold, bland and outright nasty. Me and my girlfriend went to eat at the buffet tonight, and we left with a nasty feeling in our stomach. Wouldn’t recommend the buffet, do not spend 20 euros pp on it. Location and staff are amazing though."

"I travelled to this hotel early April 26 with my daughter, my friend and her daughter. We found the coach transfer to the hotel quicker than expected (around 1.25 hrs) however we had to wait 2 hours after arriving at the airport to actually setting off. When we arrived at our hotel we were 1 of 2 groups and checked in quickly. They told us they now ask you to scan their check in QR code for all people in your party and fill in the necessary information. It took us a couple of minutes once we all shared the relevant information then we were given our room cards (x2) and shown how to reach the lifts to get to our room. I advised we would have preferred a low level room as 3 our of the 4 of us dont like lifts (bad experience last year). We were assured by the hotel that the lifts are brand new. Still my party preferred to take the steps (2 lots per floor level, we were on floor 6). I took the lift and it definitely felt new. The room (apartment) was very spacious, airy and had stunning views across the lake towards the sea which we could just about see in the distance along with miles of mountainous views. Lovely! First night went well, we slept great but we were shattered from travelling. We went to try the buffet breakfast and found not a lot of choice but it was enough. We then realised it was the start of the Summer season and the hotel was very quiet which then had a knock on effect on the variety of food on offer. As our 4 night stay continued it got noticeably busier each day with more arrivals and people around the pool. The loungers were plentiful and we were spoilt for choice with where to sit. The pool bar was great for a quick snack and drink as was the indoor bar area. Service was quick and mostly with a smile and sometimes a joke. The entertainment started on our 2nd night and we saw 3 seperate acts. Wow they were amazing! We used the free shuttle bus to get to the beach which was very handy although we did also walk which didnt take long. The beach and sea is stunning. We walked onto Alcudia which was nice but didnt go right into the old town as we were pretty ready for a sit down and a drink. We found Bar Hawaii on the walk back towards the hotel, possibly around a 30 min walk from the hotel. We got pizza's, chips, cheesy garlic bread, beer and water which tasted delicious! Well worth a trip there if you like that kind of food. We paid approx 17 euros each so not bad! The adults pool was lovely but as with all the pools at that time of year, the water was icy cold. The bar was open for drinks too. There was another pool just across the road from the main pool, next to the sports hall. It wasnt open to residents when we were there and looked like it was being prepared for opening. It looked good though. The weather when we were there was quite chillly on a night but we were very lucky and got full sun or partial sun most days so during the day it was around 21-23c"

"Stayed here in July and really didn’t want to leave a bad review. However, it’s important that people are aware when travelling here and being in a different country what to be aware of. My full family went so big crowd 10+. Pros: Really lovely staff in general. Smiley, helpful can’t do enough for you! Great pools. Good choice of food at meal times. Free shuttle bus is amazing to the beach. Shop on site so you don’t have to leave the resort. Entertainment is excellent and child focus is really good too. Cons: Restaurant heat and no air con in there is appalling and how they still won’t do anything after so many bad reviews is ridiculous. Mosquitoes, they are as bad as you are reading! Kids and adults covered in bites in the end. Not small bites absolute monster bites. The only negative thing I couldn’t get over was the management… As a single woman travelling with my children myself I was left in shock and shaken. I went to use the laundry room and a group of men were waiting there to use the dryer. There had been delays all day and over booking of this service so it had a knock on effect. Grand no big deal we are all on holidays! I asked them to move so I could get the clothes. The youngest lad started shouting that he didn’t have to move and I was interrupting his allocated time! I said to him to stop shouting and if he moved I would take my clothes out and he could then use the machine. It quickly got out of hand and he started giving out to the men he was with in Spanish about the delay. I felt unsafe in such a small space and when I went to go the man had got so irate and overacting that he punched the wall while looking at me. I ran with my children to the front desk around the corner and the woman was very helpful. The manager however just sat in his office. At this point my family joined me everyone approached the group of men to see what was actually going on! They quickly apologised when they realised it wasn’t just a woman and her children anymore. These pigs stayed in the hotel for another two nights. We had to leave for dinner that night at a huge cost to my family as we felt unsafe. No police were called on my behalf. No manager came to see was I or my children were ok. No one ask me to fill out an incident report. Those men travelling together shouldn’t have been near a family hotel like this and then proceeded to be allowed to stay there. I do believe it was because they were Spainish themselves they were allowed to stay there after the incident. I won’t be returning unfortunately but I would like others to be aware when traveling here. Huge pity as this was a first family holiday in 20years altogether."
