"We enjoyed staying here. The staff work hard inside and outside to keep it very clean. Our room was quiet with really comfortable beds. The buffet restaurant was good, although we did find the A/C a bit fierce. Also the staff are quick to clear away especially near closing times! The pool and outside areas are nice, but would prefer a designated smoking area, as had to move a few times because of smokers. There are plenty of shops locally, lots of Spars and the usual souvenir shops. The beach is a short walk, also there is a bus not far away to get to Alcudia Old Town which is worth a visit."

"Hotel was lovely and clean, Rooms quite small food wasn’t great, was a bit repetitive same menu on the same day. Sun beds most uncomfortable especially for the Rating of the hotel !this hotel gets loads on bicycle riders and can get very noisy because they arrive in groups!"

"We were there last week. Basically, the staff was super great. On Wednesday evening at the barbecue was the only time that, unfortunately, the waitresses in particular were really unfriendly. Otherwise, the kitchen team and animation team were super attentive. However, you lose your appetite when you discover mold on the fruit multiple times. I wonder what the kitchen standard is and whether the water for the spoons is changed for the ice cream, or at what rhythm platters are not simply refilled the next day, but also disposed of and cleaned. Wi-Fi was only available in front of the entrance or in the lobby. If you urgently need to be reachable for relatives or pets, not recommended."
