"Booked a last minute holiday for 3 nights. We didn’t do much research but booked half board as we usually find AI hotels a little hit and miss on the food. This turned out to be correct and there are plenty of nice places to eat just a few minutes walk away. Not our usual type of getaway but the location on the beach front was nice, we had a superior room with roof top access. No queuing for sunbeds required! We went up after breakfast at 10:30 each day and had no issues. I can see how some would love or hate this place (it does have a lot of regulars!) it was ok for us as we were happy to eat and drink away from the hotel. Rooms were of a good standard, fairly small basic rooms but great for a few nights away - the balcony was superb and huge. Overall, we liked the hotel and would recommend it for a few nights stay."

"Globales Adults only Palma Nova Lovely hotel for Adults only, very clean, nice rooms, good entertainment. Lovely’s food. Fantastic views, great area right in the middle of everything. No problem getting a sunbed we never queued up. Hire towels from reception €10 deposit which is returned. €1 if yoh want to change it. Free water in the evening in the restaurant. We were half board, drinks reasonable price and quality. Nice touch they put Floating noodles in the pool which are great for floating around in a deep pool. Easy steps to get in the pool. We had a fantastic view from our room with a small balcony. Air con good in the room and the entertainment room which is needed because at the moment it’s still 30’ at night. Hair Dryer stuck to the wall in the bathroom wasn’t great kept going off. Safe in the room is very expensive €11 per day , this should be free I think. Snacks round the pool reasonable price. Lots of different areas to sunbathe. Hotel right on the beach. Nice English breakfast and lots of other choices. All inclusive guest wear orange bands and half board guest wear blue bands. Loved the music round the pool, some great hits, all music you love to hear."

"Booked a last minute stay only for 3 nights. Reception let us check in half hour before normal which was appreciated. The hotel is in a lovely spot and you feel like you are on the water, views from the rooms are stunning. Rooms nice enough with everything you need. All the restaurants and bars are close enough too with a shop selling everything just across the road. Food was nice with a warm welcome entering the restaurant. We was not impressed with the drinks, the beer wasnt nice and tasted watered down along with the cocktails that was included on the AI programme, we also found the pool bar staff too not the most friendliest compared to other hotels I've stayed at. One issue we did have was that a lot of the hotel rooms including ours have adjoining doors into next door (for families) which then incures extra noise as we experienced for 2 of our 3 nights. TV on loud and speaking/shouting at just gone 6am which is very disrespectful. Told Reception after the first night they logged it down and rung them on the 2nd morning, they said the party have left. Suppose its luck of the draw who you get next to you! Nice clean hotel in general though, I would come again but probably book half/full board."
