"Absolutely wonderful stay lovely staff amazing food great accommodation. However they need new and more parasols by the pool, its the only thing that let's it down. It creates a sunbed war in the morning with people queuing in reception to get beds with parasols. Needs a parasol to every two beds."

"We have just returned from a short stay and there are alot of good things about our experience but there were areas we feel could greatly improve your stay . The positive things are the position of the hotel with absolutely stunning views and I found the food choice very good. Now for the negatives No1 despite having a policy of not reserving sunbeds but allowing people to queue right across reception for at least an hour every morning is pathetic No2 We had a 7.30 am pickup and there is no provision for an early breakfast even if its just toast, cereal and a drink, as a diabetic I need to eat regularly and had to resort to going to the supermarket. No 3 I feel some poolside toilets would be a good idea as walking through the lounge area in wet swimwear is not very safe. No4 Our a/c was broken for two days and we had to ask for a fan. And No 5 We asked if we could charge a card to the room to be told quite surly No ,fair enough but we were talking to another question who had a wristband with a chip that could be loaded with money so why was that not offered to us. I realise some people might think I'm being petty but they are things that made our stay an ok one rather than a great one"

"Firstly i will start off with the good things about this hotel. Location cant be beat its perfect walking distance to everything you could possibly need! Views from the hotel pool area and all room are also amazing full 360 of the sea absolutely beautiful. The room is dated but clean and the maids change towels daily. Food is basic AI not good not bad just the same as everywhere else you go. Drinks are in the smallest cups ever 2 drinks per person and its a mouthful of juice in every cup 😂 We did take our stanley’s for around the pool for soft drinks and water but bar staff refused this. Me and my partner are both late 20s early 30s we didn’t realise the hotel was more for the age 60 and above which may i add does not bother us however unfortunately i did find with the older generation ( NOT ALL ) comes alot of petty nagging, quite a few times we felt like we were looked down upon for being a young couple at the hotel. Being pushed out of lines waiting for food, pushed away from the lift as they needed to use it more which again i am more than happy to do this but when its every day for 10 days it becomes a little irritating. Fact of the matter is we have paid the same amount of money as everyone else at this hotel, wether you have been going every year for 10 years or your first trip should not give people the ego to think they run the hotel, The sun bed saga is absolutely ridiculous and the saddest thing i have ever had to become apart of. If you want a decent bed with a brolly you’re queuing from 6:30 - 8pm when the life guard turns up. This alone would stop me from booking this hotel ever again. We had to get our key card for our room re programmed 6-7 times and one day they actually had to come and manually remove the cover to unlock the door as our card the maids card and the maintenance mans card wouldn’t work. We made the most of the 10 days we had however we would never return for reasons stated above."
