"Small boutique hotel with a beach chill vibe throughout, positives are :- Lovely atmosphere Lovely helpful staff Fabulous breakfast Comfortable beds Stunning sea views - get a sea view room Brilliant wine bar man Roberto and team Close to some shops and restaurants Perfect for a peaceful restful holiday and a great switch off , it is at the quiet end of palmanova. Salmon was delicious Great Aircon Great pool beds if you are a sunbather Small wardrobe area but that didn’t bother us. Tea and coffee in the room Good cleaning service daily Spotless hotel, super clean! & they were painting the walls white to freshen them up as we were leaving. Lifts were always working Negatives:- Evening meal could be hotter and better meats & choices. Too much pork and chips. Restaurant very brightly lit, but I have light sensitivity. I felt the bar area lacked very relaxing comfortable chairs and most guests seemed over 50. It is mostly benches and wire chairs , that may be a personal preference though and the service was excellent. If you want nightlife/party atmosphere this hotel is not for you . We enjoyed the bliss of the chill out vibe."

"We really liked this hotel and 4.5 would be a more accurate score. Staff were a definite 5/5, very polite, attentive and professional. Restaurant was a lovely haven, always clean, very comfortable, and never any waiting for food, plates etc. With it being a smaller hotel, the food choice was possibly less extensive than a larger one, but the quality made up for this. Room was nice and comfortable, rather than particularly luxurious, but shower was good and bathroom large. Location is great, and it is a one minute walk to swim in the sea, which we did before breakfast a few times. Pool area is very nice, with a very small pool, and plenty of padded sunbeds and parasols. It was our first time in an adults only hotel, and this does make a difference. It was fairly quiet and peaceful both in the restaurant and around the pool. This isn’t a criticism, just an observation. If you like a more lively atmosphere, it may not be for you. It was our second short stay in Palmanova and we would definitely recommend the resort. We will 100 percent return to this hotel."
