"I have just returned from a 4 night break at Fergus Bermudas and I have to say, I was really pleasantly surprised. The hotel itself is relatively small (perfect for avoiding the crowds) and the bar and pool are perfectly sized to suit the amount of guests. Every member of staff we saw or spoke to, was friendly and genuinely looked to be enjoying their work. A special highlight for us, was the wonderful animation team member Steffi. She was so bubbly and welcoming and spent time chatting with multiple guests. Gabriel was also great fun, hosting the bingo and karaoke. The hotel is spotless and our room was far larger than expected. Being on the lower ground floor meant we didn't really use or balcony but we appreciated how close we were to the restaurant, pool and bar. The beds were really comfy and the extra pillows meant we slept soundly every night. I had read on other reviews that the neighbouring bars can get noisy but with the balcony door shut, it wasn't an issue for us at all. The hotel also operates a quiet time after 11pm, which is great if you have an early morning flight booked. The food was exceptional. As someone who has been to many all inclusives (including several in Spain) the food was easily the best I have had. Veggie, pescatarian and carnivore diets were all catered for and I even saw some gluten free and vegan options at breakfast. Drinks were fine too. It would have been nice to have fresh cocktails on the all inclusive menu (they were available to buy for 8 Euros) but with 3 pre made cocktail mixes and plenty of spirits/wine/beer and sangria available, there was something for everyone. All in all, we had a great time and I would really recommend the hotel to anyone. Thank you to everyone for taking such wonderful care of us and making our holiday so special."

"Great time was had yet again at Fergus Bermudas, lovely friendly reception from the staff on reception. Room was ready which was great, very clean but have to say it did go down hill as the week went on. We were there 10 days and didn’t get our bedding changed until the 8th day then it seemed to have a thorough clean. Food was ok, I did struggle as there was a lot of pork so I was a veggie for most of the holiday which was fine as I’m not a massive foodie anyway so didn’t spoil my holiday experience at all. Bar staff were exceptional especially Kris and Veni who were so friendly and fun. Kris and Gabriel did a sangria making show which was fun and they bounced off each other so well it was a very good double act and also made me a sangria convert. Entertainment was the fabulous Gabriel who was amazing, we actually got up and participated in some of the activities which is saying something. Location is spot on 5 min walk to shops, bars and stunning beach. We’ll definitely be back next year for a cheeky week/10 days as it’s a smaller hotel than most and overall a fabulous place to stay highly recommend"
