"This is the best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The location was perfect, right in the centre and within easy walking distance of everything. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was modern, spotless, and well-equipped, with a nicely stocked mini fridge. All of the pools were exceptionally clean and well-maintained. A highlight for us was the rooftop bar, which offered stunning views overlooking the cathedral. The food and drinks were also very reasonably priced, which made the experience even better."

"We enjoyed a week in the Saratoga Hotel Palma. The fifth floor room was comfortable, not very large, and had a small balcony looking over a swimming pool. It was comfortable with an efficient bathroom. Why do hotels only supply one armchair when clearly it is not solely a business hotel! We brought in an extra chair from the balcony. They also supplied an electric kettle on request to supplement the Nespresso. Breakfast is in a nice bright comfortable room with good selection of food and coffee. We found their cafe/bar on the ground floor and the lounge behind very useful for drinks and light meals. Sunbathing is at the top floor pool. Everyone was friendly and helpful. A nice place very near the centre."

"Loved our stay here. Great location in the centre of Palma. Efficient check-in, helpful staff (we asked for deck chair style chairs on the balcony to be replaced with standard chairs & they sorted immediately) and great rooms. We upgraded to a room with a larger balcony overlooking the pool and it was perfect. Only reason I have not given 5 stars was due to fact when we visited the pool the area felt a bit untidy (several used glasses/plates left on tables that staff didn’t appear to be in a rush to clear away). Shout out to the Rooftop bar, lovely cocktails and amazing views across the city. Would definitely stay here again!"
