"The service is good, everyone is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is also very good with freshly prepared food. Unfortunately, breakfast is only available from 8:00 a.m., so we could not have breakfast on the day of our departure. The breakfast provided upon request was really bad. Unfortunately, our booked "Deluxe Room" was extremely small. Since I traveled with my daughter, we looked for a hotel with a bar when choosing the hotel. Regrettably, there was none. Upon inquiry, I was informed that the reception is the bar; drinks can be ordered there. Overall, I would not book this hotel again; the price-performance ratio is not appropriate."

"Amazing 5 star boutique hotel which was so relaxing. The staff were extremely kind and friendly. Fantastic selection for breakfast and it was nice that breakfast was served until 11am. The rooftop terrace was very relaxing and was lovely to have lunch there. The hotel itself is on a back street but still very close to all the usual tourist attractions. We loved our stay here and would not hesitate to book again."

"We have just had five days at Sant Juame and we had the most wonderful time. The staff were so professional, warm and welcoming. A special mention to Jordi who was attentive, friendly, kind and very helpful with superb restaurant recommendations and places to explore. He really made a difference to our stay. Mark was fantastic too and nothing was too much trouble. The hotel rooms were very stylish, spacious and clean. The beds were so comfortable too. We enjoyed drinks on the terrace and a few hours to ourselves in the plunge pool and sauna. The hotel is very well situated, close to the old town but not in the busy, touristy area of Palma. I would highly recommend this hotel in Palma. It is an intimate and beautiful hotel with outstanding personal service. We will definitely be back. Thank you."
