"An excellent hotel very centrally located in Palma.Breakfast and room quality superb but the star of the show is the people who work here.Fantastic levels of customer service & very customer focused in the approach.Rooftop pool & bar a real plus for a lazy day and really good that we were allowed use these facilities on the day we checked out as we had an evening flight.Thank you all for a wonderful 3 day stay."

"The front desk associate Toni, announced what room my mom and I would be staying in loudly to the entire lobby. We asked him for a different room because we didn’t feel safe, and he declined to give us one. Because of this, we asked for a refund and said we would not be staying here. After speaking to management the hotel still charged us for one night. They advertise this hotel as having English speaking staff, but that is not true as Toni himself told me that he barely spoke English."

"Just returned from 3 nights here. We had 2 double rooms. Lovely hotel with great air con. Breakfast was nice and not too hectic. The beds were comfy and the rooms were nice. The room design is pretentious so the bathroom door isn’t a proper door and whoever you share with can see your head and feel whilst showering as they sit on the bed, thought that was very odd! Nice roof top pool but not enough beds for those that want them. Inside pool also nice and my son and husband liked the gym. Great location for exploring, I can recommend La greppia, Nola and TKO tacos to eat. Ordered a frozen strawberry dacquri and rather than saying they couldn’t make it the lady decided to bring a regular lime daiquiri - not what we ordered. My son didn’t want to make a fuss and kept it but after 2 sips I could see he wasn’t enjoying it so I took it back. Don’t choose for the guest, that is not ok. If returning I would stay again.."
