"Very clean and modern hotel which seems to have been upgraded recently. The room facilities were excellent with USB ports, a fridge, ironing board, iron, hairdryer and shutter blinds, which made the stay very comfortable and convenient. The only downside was the shower, as it took quite a while to regulate the temperature properly. All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. There was also a good variety of food at the breakfast buffet. My boyfriend went one morning and was very happy with the selection. I took my boyfriend to Palma for his birthday and contacted the hotel beforehand to arrange something special. For a small fee, they decorated the room with rose petals and provided cava, cake and chocolate strawberries, which was such a lovely touch and definitely worth it. Overall, the hotel and location were excellent and I would happily stay here again."

"We absolutely loved this hotel. Spacious comfortable room (509). Quiet, despite being in the city. Great mattress, lots of storage & super clean everywhere. Pool was lovely as was the rooftop bar. An Aperol at the end of the afternoon up there was bliss! Smart bar area. Service at breakfast was variable, we were there for a week & some days the fruit selections remained pretty empty & bowls etc weren’t always immediately available. Croissants delicious however & a wide choice of foods on offer. Thank you, we will return!"

"A little hidden Gem! We loved our stay at the hotel, great location just a short walk into the city centre, close to bars & restaurants. We found two supermarkets a street walk away and a gorgeous little Italian called Arte Pizza where the food was tasty and reasonable priced if you didn't want to walk back into the centre. Great breakfast with plenty of choice with cold and hot options. Great addition is the gym/spa area and we loved the roof top area. Reception staff were very helpful with directions and booking taxis to a recommended beach bar in Llletas. (Definitely worth a visit on a hot day) Our only recommendation to the hotel is rooms with no outside space you need to provide more areas/hooks for drying towels/swimming items. Floor to ceiling windows really would benefit from some privacy film on as you have to have the blinds closed constantly unless you wanted the whole block opposite to see straight into your room and toilet.
