"Me and 6 friends had a brilliant time at the hotel. The rooms were really clean and the beds were super comfy. The fridge was very handy to keep drinks chilled. The provided toiletries were of decent quality and the hairdryer very powerful. We heard no noise from other guests, other than a loud bang one night - but potentially that came from the street rather than the hotel. The hotel is very central, a one minute walk from a well stocked and very reasonably priced supermarket, and 3 or 4 minutes from a plethora of bars, cafes and restaurants. El Corte Ingles and many beautiful international and independant shops are just a 5 minute walk away. We felt extremely safe in Palma, and very comfortable to walk home after a night out in Santa Catalina [10 minute walk home] - especially as the hotel is situated next door to a police station! The staff were absolutely lovely in all areas; from the breakfast staff to the pool bar, especially great service was given by Ailen on reception during check in, and the other ladies at the reception area throughout our stay were so helpful. There was lots of choice at breakfast, a lovely continental selection, a gluten free area, a hot cooked breakfast zone - and you can order omelettes and they are delivered to your table. There was enough vegan options to assemble a substantial meal. The only downsides would be storage in the bedrooms; they would definitely benefit from having some drawers in the room and some hanging hooks for towels and robes. Food and drinks on the roof terrace were great, and very reasonably priced. There are around 15 sunloungers, a few sofas to chill on and Bali beds that can be hired for the day. We never struggled to find somewhere to sit poolside - top tip, if you want a Bali beds, book in early morning as they get snapped up fast! We didnt get a chance to use the spa or indoor pool and gym area, but having these for some downtime is a great bonus. I would definitely return to this hotel if I come back to Palma in the future."
