Protur Naisa Palma

"We are extremly dissapointed with Protur Naisa Hotel. We booked a double room with terrace (22m2). On arrival late at night we were informed that our 3 years old baby cannot stay in the room with us. The hotel policy is that any child over 2 years old is treated as an adult and therefore if you are travelling as a family of 3 you need to book 2 separate rooms or an enormous and expensive suite. This is ridiculous as the baby sleeps with us and does non need any extra equipment or space. Of course we would have paid extra for the baby but forcing us to rent another room late in the evening with a baby who is exhausted after all day of travelling is another level. Worst hotel service ever. I have never encountered anything like that and we do travel a lot. Shame on you."

"A very nice hotel in an excellent location in Palma. All the amenities one could need on a trip like ours including the heated outdoor pool which I didn’t know was heated until we arrived, so was a very pleasant surprise. Rooms are well equipped, jacuzzi in terrace of our room has plenty of hot water if one needs to stay a bit longer and keep water warm. Breakfast was great and staff was very accommodating and tried immediately to fix any small issues. Would definetely be back"

"We had a 3 night stay. The hotel was fabulous. Helpful staff and a varied great breakfast. The hotel is spotless and the room was very comfortable and quiet Pool and gym facilities are great too. Perfect location to walk to the cathedral, marina, old town and shops. Would 100% recommend this hotel."
