"Breakfast pretty poor. All "hot" food was cold. Cereals were all tasteless muesli type. In the room the shower attachment didn't work and the toilet roll holder was broken. On the plus side it was a smart looking, modern, clean hotel but we won't stay here again."

"An enjoyable two-night stay, with a good-sized well-designed room (but no view to speak of). Best to follow the advice posted in the lift re peak breakfast timings, and turn up before the crowd of holiday-makers builds up after 0830; as others have said, the layout of the buffet is confusing. We arrived on a Sunday evening, when many Palma restaurants are closed - but had a great informal meal at El Tapas PMI a couple of minutes away on Passeig de Mallorca."

"This was a good hotel, really new and clean. The room was really quiet and near a bus stop to the airport. The breakfast was good but I have to say it was a bit chaotic, and we went during off season as well so I can only imagine what it's like in the summer. The layout of the breakfast is a bit odd with stuff scattered everywhere and somehow the main continental stuff still crammed into a tight space. I would understand this if it was some old building where they had to make it work, but this seemed like a brand new building where this layout was very much chosen. The other thing we found a bit strange was that while the pool area on the roof was usually full by 10:30 am by the latest, the bar only opened well after noon (even though we were told it opens at 11:30 at check in). I would recommend anyone go and buy their own drinks for the pool since you'll be waiting a long time to be served any by the staff, there's a supermarket right down the road from the hotel. I get that the staff is downstairs still serving breakfast and the hotel is unwilling to pay for someone to be at the pool but kind of feels like that's their choice."
