Hotel M HOUSE

"What a let down. This hotel claims to be a boutique hotel, set in a quiet part of the city. What it neglects to say is it's part hotel, part restaurant. The restaurant hosts several suppers and when these are on, you cannot leave your room. The noise is loud and the staff are rude. There's a night manager (male) who was quite possibly the rudest, most obnoxious person I've come across. Breakfast was poor. Hairs in the food. The place was dirty. The rooms, however, we're immaculate. Our view was some broken glass on a wall to act as a security measure. Tiny pool. Just don't bother. It's really an awful place with terrible staff."

"We spent 8 days at the beggining of August and everything was perfect! Location is great, right in the middle of Palma but yet very quiet and nice side street. Breakfast was lovely and fresh. All the staff were very friendly and attentive, special mention to Dimitris who was so helpful from the moment we arrived. We sure will be back!"

"Absolutely perfect city break hotel. Central, lovely wine, great coffee & lovely staff. Gorgeous courtyard and sunbathing terrace. We would definitely book here again."
