"Suite was great with a baby! They had a diaper pail and crib all ready for us upon arrival! The restaurant was absolutely incredible, would recommend even if not staying at the hotel. They were extremely accommodating with our baby, providing special food, high chairs, and even got out baby a parting gift! Great hotel in a great location 10/10"

"Oh what a lovely hotel! An absolute island of calm in Palma's busy centre. So much greenery throughout the ground floor gives a really relaxing feel from first arrival. The pool is in a lovely sheltered garden and one can often have it to oneself. The spa is good too - try the horizontal shower. We didn't really experience the rooftop area, which has a great view of the city. Our room (not really a suite) was well equipped, but a bit dark. We didn't dare try the Japanese toilet! The breakfast is beautifully presented with a la carte hot offerings. I have reviewed the amazing Botanic restaurant elsewhere. But the best aspect of this hotel, as in all the best hotels, was the staff - they are so kind and helpful - the reception team, the waiting staff, the sommelier, all helped to make our stay memorable. One warning: if you book the rooftop experience in advance, it is a lot cheaper, but you do run the risk of the weather turning it, as in our case, to the ground floor experience! But that was memorable too., It is a great hotel for a a relaxing break, it really is. We would love to come back."

"Con Bordoy’s courtyard, with trees and a fountain, offers a lovely retreat from the busy city. The hotel is spectacular, a tasteful bar and a rooftop with small pool. For dining, you have a choice between the tastefully decorated indoor room and the courtyard. We loved the relaxed atmosphere. The new chef, who arrived five months ago, places greater emphasis on meat and fish dishes, with everything freshly prepared. My favourite was the suckling pig, cooked for 24 hours and paired with a heavenly Mallorcan red wine from Bodega Ribas. A beautiful setting and a meal worth returning for."
