"In October 2026, I stayed in a single room for two nights. Overall, it was a pleasantly quiet stay. Absolutely no party crowd. Very pleasant. It is an older hotel complex, but it is well-maintained. At second glance, you can find a thing or two here and there. But the quiet location makes up for it. The pool is very nice. The breakfast selection is manageable, but it was sufficient for me. The single rooms do not have a balcony. For a short stay in the off-season, it is fine. The bed was good all around. The amount of space for a single room was too. I would come back for a short stay. For a longer stay, however, I would prefer a room with a balcony or switch to another hotel."

"Unfortunately, our stay at the Araxa Hotel in Palma was quite disappointing, and based on our experience, we would not choose to stay here again. One of the main issues was the air conditioning. Our room was very warm throughout our stay. We contacted the hotel and someone came to inspect the air conditioning, but we were told that it was working normally. Unfortunately, despite this, the room remained uncomfortably warm. The fridge in the room was also not cold enough, meaning that items we put inside were still warm rather than properly chilled. We also found the hotel to be quite dated, and cleanliness was another major disappointment. Although the room was supposedly cleaned daily, it never felt properly clean. There was a noticeable amount of dust in the room, which I have photographs of, and it left us wondering exactly what was being cleaned during the daily service. The pool area was another issue. There simply weren’t enough sunbeds available during the day. Many had towels placed on them, and when we asked the lifeguard if he could help, he told us that he worked for a different provider and couldn’t remove the towels. This was frustrating, particularly when there were no available sunbeds. We also had an unpleasant experience with the pool staff when trying to order breakfast. We simply wanted to order breakfast and make a small amendment to one of the items, but we were told this wasn’t possible and the response was delivered in a manner that we felt was unnecessarily rude and unhelpful. Overall, there were too many issues during our stay for us to consider returning. The combination of the warm room, inadequate fridge, cleanliness problems, dated facilities, lack of available sunbeds and the attitude of some staff made the experience disappointing. We had hoped for a relaxing stay in Palma, but unfortunately this hotel did not meet our expectations, and we would not choose to stay here again."

"Perfect hotel for a good stay. Very beautiful decor. Half-board with à la carte meals that change every day. Breakfast with specialties. Well-air-conditioned rooms; even the economy room is very comfortable. Beautiful pool, appreciated during this hot weather. The only downside is that it is a bit far from the center on foot."
