"I stayed at this hotel for six days and can genuinely say it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I would STRONGLY recommend avoiding this hotel. The food was particularly bad — bland, tasteless and with very little variation from one meal to the next. It appeared that food was being carried forward and served again at later meals or even the following day. There was also a concerning lack of clear allergy labelling. By day two of my six day stay, I was already suffering from heartburn for which I had to go to the pharmacy. The condition and maintenance of the hotel were equally poor. I experienced door locks not working, extremely creaky and uncomfortable beds, electrical sockets that wouldn’t accept standard European plugs because they were damaged, and even a TV remote with dead batteries — apparently with no replacements available. Most concerning of all, screws actually came loose and fell out while I was inside the lift. That goes beyond inconvenience and raises serious questions about maintenance and safety. When I reported it, the response seemed remarkably casual. Are they waiting for people to die before they do anything? On another occasion, I reported that my room door lock wasn’t working. Rather than initially treating it as a fault, I was given an explanation of how to use a key card, as though I simply didn’t know how to open a hotel door. Eventually, maintenance was sent and confirmed there was an issue. Their mantra is customer is NEVER right. Even something as basic as having a kettle in the room comes at an additional charge of a couple of euros per day plus a €10 cash only deposit — for a kettle probably worth around €15. I genuinely felt sorry for the reception staff because they seemed to spend their time constantly firefighting the hotel’s inadequacies. Unfortunately, visiting reception was an ordeal in itself. The check-in process seemed painfully slow and queues could mean waiting 30 minutes or more just to speak to someone even to get the single ironing board and iron they seem to have for the whole hotel btw €20 euro cash only deposit required! During my six-day stay, I made at least ten trips to reception to report or chase various problems, many of which were never properly resolved. One of these even involved the young out of nappies duty manager. The one positive thing I could have said about this hotel was the day I finally checked out — but they even managed to mess that up. My pre-arranged airport taxi somehow went missing, providing a fitting final farewell to the whole experience. Hotels can have occasional problems; that’s understandable. What isn’t acceptable is when poor quality food, inadequate maintenance, safety concerns, broken facilities and unresolved issues become the norm rather than the exception. Would I stay here again? Absolutely not. **PLEASE avoid this hotel at all costs. It was, quite simply, awful **"

"The hotel is extremely tired. There is no kettle or iron in the room. You have to ask for these and kettle comes with a price. The safe is small and I could not put my iPad or laptop top in it. Battery needed for remote control and they didn’t have any spare batteries. Bed only came with a single sheet so you tend to see people in lifts with thicker blankets which you can get from reception. Strange system for getting drinks. Food is by far the worst I have encountered in an all inclusive. On one night they didn’t even label the food. When I pointed this out to the manager, he simply took my room number with no intention of doing anything - very bizarre. I had paid for a room with a full sea view. I pointed this out when checking in. I was then given room 101 which is on the same floor as reception (effectively ground floor) with very limited sea view. So I had to go back to reception and was eventually given a room on the 8th floor. If Ryan Air did a hotel, this would be it. Avoid."

"I stayed here with friends and was disappointed in several ways. I had paid for a room with a sea view and as you can see, it was terrible. The air conditioning in the room hardly worked and the reception staff were uninterested. The food was average at best. They also had an insane policy of charging for cups, why not just employ someone to collect the cups like most other hotels. Cheap cheap cheap. I would not choose to stay here again."
