"I rarely write reviews. But after spending an entire month at Valentin Grand Parc Paguera, I felt I owed it to every family out there searching for the right place. This is that place.
Food that makes you feel at home , every single day
One month of meals, and not once did we wish we’d gone elsewhere. The daily themed buffets kept everything exciting — different world cuisines, fresh ingredients, beautifully presented. The quality was consistently high, the variety extraordinary. Breakfast, lunch, dinner , every service was an event. And the separate children’s buffet is an absolute highlight: designed with kids in mind, colorful, approachable, and genuinely delicious. Families with young children will understand what a game-changer this is.
The Mini Club , redefining what childcare at a resort can be
In all our travels across luxury resorts and family hotels, we have never — not once — encountered a Mini Club like this one. The staff here are exceptional. Caring, playful, creative and fully dedicated to each child in their care. Daily themed activities mean your child is always engaged, always stimulated, always smiling. As a parent, you can genuinely relax, walk through the beautiful gardens, sit by the pool, or explore Paguera — knowing your little one is in the best hands possible. This kind of peace of mind is priceless.
Mini Disco & the Magic of the Daily Diplomas
Every evening ended with the mini disco — high energy, great fun, and beloved by every child at the resort. But the detail that stole our hearts completely? The daily diplomas. Each child receives a diploma every evening for participating in the day’s activities. The pride and excitement on our child’s face every single evening… it made the holiday. It’s the kind of thoughtful, child-centred touch that shows how deeply this team understands families.
A team that becomes your family
A month is a long time to stay at a resort. Long enough to truly understand what a team is made of. And the team at Valentin Grand Parc Paguera is made of something rare: genuine human warmth. Every staff member — animators, reception, maintenance, housekeeping — greeted us by name, checked in on us, helped us with anything we needed, and did so every single day with a smile that never felt forced. This is a team that loves what they do.
Our most special mention goes to Isma, the Manager.
Over the course of our month-long stay, we built a real friendship with him. His leadership is clearly reflected in every aspect of the resort — in how the staff behave, in the standard of everything around you, in the atmosphere of the place. At one point, as a gesture of genuine hospitality and friendship, Isma invited us to experience the hotel’s à la carte Italian restaurant — an experience I can only describe as a culinary journey. Impeccable food, elegant setting, and service of the highest level. It was a gift we will not forget.
Entertainment for the whole family
The evening entertainment program was varied, engaging and genuinely fun. Shows, themed nights, games, dancing — there was always something to look forward to. The animation team brought an energy to every evening that made even the grown-ups feel like kids again.
Paguera — a destination as beautiful as the resort itself
The location adds another layer of magic. Paguera is one of Mallorca’s most beautiful and peaceful seaside towns — stunning beaches, turquoise water, charming streets and a relaxed atmosphere that perfectly complements the resort’s spirit. It is Mallorca as it should be: natural, authentic, unhurried.
Our verdict
We have stayed in luxury hotels across Europe. We have experienced five-star service, Michelin-starred restaurants, and all-inclusive resorts promising the world. None of them made us feel the way Valentin Grand Parc Paguera did. None of them made us want to stay for a month — and leave wishing we could stay longer.
This resort doesn’t just offer a holiday. It offers an experience that changes your standard for everything that comes after.
Book it. You won’t just enjoy it — you’ll wonder how you ever holidayed anywhere else."
