"We visted the Hotel as a late Holiday for 5 Nights after reading some of the reviews I was a bit sceptical as to what we would find but overall the Hotel is very nice, Spotlessly Clean, the Staff are very friendly, and helpful. The Food was very good, plenty of choice at Breakfast, and I thought some of the Evening Meals were excellent especially the Paella's, Drinks were priced acceptable and you get very generous portions on the shorts. Room cleaned daily and very well, the rooms are small but, we got a pool view that had sunbeds and sun from 11 till 5.30pm on the Balcony. I would make a few points the Pool area does not get much sun and when it does it's in a small area of the Pool area, there is a seating area with tables and chairs that gets the sun nearly all day, I cannot understand why this is not used for Sunbeds and the chairs and tables are placed in the shaded area, which would encourage more people to stay by the pool, we tended to go the Beach because of this. But all in all the Hotel is in a perfect place for the resort which is lovely, but if you love the sun and live by the pool I don't think this would do for you, but as stated the Hotel is nice and the Staff are lovely."

"The hotel is dated. The all inclusive drinks are very poor. The food was actually ok - the restaurant manager was really fun and kind. Miguel the old miserable bar man needs to be sacked - very very very rude and you can just tell he hates his n Job. He must be related to the night receptionist who missed the customer service training day. The hotel has sooo many rules - very faulty towers. The lifeguard loves to zap the fun out of everything."
