"A great hotel with an incredibly beautiful view. Above all, the service is exceptionally good. Compared to many other hotels, the reception team gave us a very warm and friendly welcome. There’s hardly any other hotel that offers such consistently good service—whether at the pool bar, during breakfast, or at check-in. Thanks to the entire reception and hotel team. We’ll definitely be back."

"We had a very pleasant stay for 4 nights - rooms spotless and good variety at breakfast and not too busy. The same with pool - very peaceful and plenty of seats. Location is out of the way so it can be difficult to get a taxi. My main issue is that on arrival I was charged for my stay which was fine - but on departure I was charged a second time. I have called twice to speak to someone about this and have emailed 3 times asking someone to contact me urgently to resolve the matter and am still waiting! Very disappointing and not acceptable. For this reason I will not be back."

"My mum and I had a brilliant stay at the Mallorca gallatzo hotel. The whole team were so kind and the room we had was perfect. It was my mums birthday when we were there and Stephane and the team made it so special and allowed me to order champagne to the room and also helped to arrange a wonderful local wine tour for us! The hotel is so peaceful and felt like a real escape!"
