"The hotel's services are very good. The only downside: the night receptionist who is there on weekends: very unpleasant to guests. On the other hand, the meals served at the hotel are of a very high standard and are changed every day. We spent 9 days there and we never had the same menu, which is very rare. The restaurant staff is super friendly and welcoming."

"Had a truly wonderful holiday at this beautiful authentic Mallorquin hotel situated in a beautiful part of Paguera. On arrival I was very warmly greeted at reception and everything explained to me in full detail which was most welcome as this was my first time at the Bahia. My luggage was taken upstairs to my bedroom again most appreciated. I booked a double room for sole use and was very pleased I had done that as the room assigned to me waa absolutely superb. Large and comfortable with lots of storage and excellent air conditioning together with a great sized balcony and situated in the main house. I had asked about a kettle and bathrobe and these were immediately brought to my bedroom. Bed was so comfortable and with excellent quality bed linen. Having booked half board this was buffet breakfast and 3 course set menu for dinner. Breakfast buffet was much more than I had anticipated and beautifully cooked scrambled eggs fried eggs delicious quality Spanish style bacon and much more. The cold assortment of meats cheeses breads rolls pastries cakes was unbelievable and together with various home made yogurts had an unforgettable breakfast experience. Dinner choice of three starters three main course offerings and delightful buffet desserts Starters would be typically home made soup...croquettes and a pasta dish Main course usually pasta meat or chicken and so on or fish. I have to say that the food far exceeded any expectations I may have had..it was all beautifully cooked and again top quality products. I found the staff throughout the hotel to be both very professional courteous and friendly Mix of nationalies when I was there German British Dutch Italian and more which makes for a very interesting combination of people who all were very friendly. The architecture of the Bahia is real old world Mallorquin/ Mallorcan style beautifully preserved and for me was just perfect. Had such a lovely holiday I have now booked for next August/September."

"Family-run and with long-standing employees, this hotel offers an authentic flair. Admittedly, it is not the newest, but always clean and tidy. We have been coming here for years, even several times a year. It is always like coming home."
