"This hotel was great value for money. The rooms are really clean & the beds are really comfortable. For a 3 star I felt it was very well maintained & very clean. The communal areas downstairs are lovely. There is a gym, pool table, TV's, washing machine & dryer. The sofa in the room was not very comfortable but to be fair we weren't in the room very often, they could probably do with a few cushions.
The WiFi is excellent & the TV works by casting from your phone, you just go to the web page instructed & you can just watch your own apps. I thought this was a really good touch. No normal TV available.
In the room there is a kitchen area with a sink, kettle, good sized fridge freezer & microwave, but you need to ask reception for utensils or you can just grab a few bits from the restaurant area.
The bathroom is a bit of an odd layout but it's very clean. The shower gel provided was nice quality & kind to the skin.
The hotel serves breakfast until 1.30pm, you can go back as many times as you like. There is a good variety of food & drinks. It's not traditional English but similar. The food is not always very warm but there is a microwave in the dining area that you can use to heat it up.
If you get to the hotel late like we did there are some vending machines you can get drinks and snacks from if nothing else is open or if you can't be bothered to go out.
The hotel staff are really friendly & helpful. The cleaner came every day, if you need clean towels you just put the dirty ones on the floor in the bathroom & they get replaced.
The location is brilliant, it's a short walk to the beach, but there are plenty of buses nearby if you want to go a bit further away. We went to Palma, Santa Ponça & Alcudia. We walked to Palma Nova but you can also get the bus. The buses are regular, it's cheaper to use your debit card, you get discounts if traveling in groups. Just tap for how many people you are paying for, then tap when you get off. If you look on the bus website it shows you what to do.
There are plenty of places to go for food & drinks, plus plenty of supermarkets. I thought it would be a bit rowdy in Magaluf but it was actually really calm & chilled. A good mix of people & lots of families around. Not sure if that was because it was coming to the end of the season.
Thanks for a great stay ❤️❤️"
