"We visited this hotel with our 3 daughters and our daughters friend . One of our daughters stayed in a separate room with her friend, but on the same floor! On the same day, 2 days before we checked out, we had items stolen from both rooms! From our room 150 euros and my 16 year olds Pandora bracelet full of charms was taken! From my other daughter’s room a watch and her friends Pandora bracelet was also stolen. This bracelet had charms on it that held significant sentiment and are simply irreplaceable! The money was hidden in a case behind the bedroom door so this was only found by rooting through our belongings. The bracelets and watches had been taken off that morning when we went to the pool and left on the sides. The only people other than us that entered the room that day was the cleaner! We informed hotel staff and I spoke with the manager directly and we were told that despite them knowing who had cleaned our room that day they could not accuse anyone of taking these and said they could not investigate this until the police were involved! We spent the last day of our holiday at the police station to report the incident! We were offered a free drink from the hotel as an apology!!! Having read the reviews we are not the first to be victims of this! I am sure there are many more people who have had things stolen by the cleaners at this hotel and may not even be aware of this! If you do stay here, luck away all your things!!!"

"Me and my friends went from the 27th-4th July 2026 . Really pleased with the hotel , great for the money paid . Big open living room kitchen space 2 balcony’s spacious bedroom and an up to standard bathroom ; very chuffed with the room . The staff were very welcoming , always one on the front desk asking people how their day was . Despite most not being able to speak English they tried there best to settle any issue politely . The lifeguard was friendly , kindly asking to not throw a ball in the pool which is understandable as the hotel carried a chilled vibe . The location is great not too close that u hear the strip at 6am but close enough to walk back steaming . Breakfast was Amazing , easy jet said it was cold meats and pastries , it had all that but also a wide selection of hot food practically making up a full English . The only minor faults was one lady who just snatched our football of us when we had it on the ground floor . Other than that I can’t complain the maids were quick friendly and cleaned to a high standard"
