"Me and my friends went from the 27th-4th July 2026 . Really pleased with the hotel , great for the money paid . Big open living room kitchen space 2 balcony’s spacious bedroom and an up to standard bathroom ; very chuffed with the room . The staff were very welcoming , always one on the front desk asking people how their day was . Despite most not being able to speak English they tried there best to settle any issue politely . The lifeguard was friendly , kindly asking to not throw a ball in the pool which is understandable as the hotel carried a chilled vibe . The location is great not too close that u hear the strip at 6am but close enough to walk back steaming . Breakfast was Amazing , easy jet said it was cold meats and pastries , it had all that but also a wide selection of hot food practically making up a full English . The only minor faults was one lady who just snatched our football of us when we had it on the ground floor . Other than that I can’t complain the maids were quick friendly and cleaned to a high standard"

"We will absolutely never be back here. Our stay at tent Mojito Suites Magaluf was a complete disaster from start to finish. Check-in was absolute chaos. Despite the hotel being completely empty (and remaining empty for the majority of our holiday), our room wasn't ready. We were forced to come back every single hour just to check if we could finally get in. The customer service is non-existent. The reception staff were incredibly unhelpful and rude, and the bar staff did the bare minimum while being completely unfriendly. The facilities are just as neglected. The pool was never once cleaned during our stay and was disgusting, to the point it changed the colour of 2 bikinis It was constantly full of bugs, floaters, and a vile, mushy residue of dead skin and thick suncream jelly floating around in it. The worst part, the maids didn't actually clean anything or replace any of our towels, they just changed the bedding. Worse than that, they decided to help themselves to our bathroom to use the toilet, sprayed our personal perfume, and were actively rooting through our clothes. They had no idea we were actually still in bed watching them in pure disbelief. When we confronted them moments later, we were told we should have put a "do not disturb" sign on the door which we were never provided with. After speaking to other guests, we found out no one else was given one either."
