"Stay well away from this awful hotel. No staff no consideration and no clue about customer service! My rooms view was disgraceful and l pre booked a pool view which l didn’t get l also booked a loft suite but got a ground floor apartment!!! Food had flies all over it and the toilet in our room absolutely stank. Only to be told there was nothing they could do about the smell!!!! I asked for a room move to be told they were fully booked and would contact me if they had a cancellation. Holiday is over and nothing heard!!!!! Do not book this hotel. I complained to Opodo and was also told there was nothing they could do! Customer service in this sector seems non existent!!!!"

"Location was great very central to everything. Atmosphere was fine but I do think the hotel lacks personality, is it a hotel or self service, seems confusing. Rooms were well laid out but basic, no cups glasses etc so drinks on the balcony not an option until I bought my own plastic glasses, kettle is available but no cups for tea/coffee etc no not usual style of self catering. Value was reasonable but I had a choice of 4 star hotels in same area for same price so in hindsight I picked wrong. Rooms were cleaned regularly and at our request so couldn’t fault the cleanliness. Noise level was loud, we were on 3rd floor above breakfast area, which was normal noise but there is also the issue of party goers coming and going all evening and sitting about bar/pool area making quite a bit of noise throughout the night as there is no security to calm the noise or even control who accesses the grounds or the hotel."

"0 STARS - it was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, there were constant issues. Our toilet seat was broken, the balcony door broken, the air conditioning repeatedly stopped working, our key card constantly stopped working, the Wi-Fi was unreliable, and we were left without towels after housekeeping removed them. We even had to dry ourselves with our own clothes. Housekeeping also entered our room while the “Do Not Disturb” sign was displayed and, on multiple occasions, left our room door open after cleaning, which was a major security concern. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was well below the standard we expected. Our bathroom had a strong piss smell on the shower curtains, the room was not cleaned properly, and the pool was visibly dirty with hair, food and debris floating in it (our group all developed thrush after using it). The breakfast was equally disappointing, with cold food, FLIES all over the buffet and even hair in the food absolutely disgusting to be honest. We also became unwell on the last day, which we believe was due to the poor hygiene of the place. To make matters worse, we went days without water and electricity. No shower, no toilet flushing, no lifts. The beds were also among the most uncomfortable we’ve ever slept on — I woke up every morning with neck pain. They were rock hard. We also noticed that many recent reviews seem to follow a very similar pattern in tone and wording, receiving the same standard copy-and-paste responses from management. Based on our own experience, it doesn’t feel like the issues raised are being addressed or improved. Also no manager on site. Had no option but to walk to a local pub to use the toilet. And wait a day to shower, even then the water was just freezing cold. No hot water. If you’re looking for a HOSTEL-style experience, stay here. Otherwise, look elsewhere. We did receive a refund of 2 nights for the “water and power outage” but nothing for the 6 other nights."
