Tent Calvia Beach

"Great location, clean & accessible. We had to wait until 3pm to check into our room which is pretty standard we were offered to put our luggage in a ‘safe’ store which wasn’t very safe due to them just giving the key card to anyone to let themselves in. Easy check in & staff friendly. Room was cleaned during our staff and fresh towels provided. The front desk were accommodating and requested a taxi when we needed. Supermarket shop next door. Washing facilities, pool and gym on site. Beach front and shops 2 minute walk away. Good value for money. We stayed on the opposite side to the pool and the cockerel is very irritating! But I would have to say that has been the only down side to the stay."

"We are staying here just second day, and already we are very disappointed with the housekeeping service. For the second day in a row, the trash has not been removed from our room. The beds are left exactly as we left them, without being properly made. The floor and the shower have clearly not been cleaned or even wiped down. The balcony is also neglected — there was seagull droppings when we arrived, and they are still there. Although the towels are being replaced, the new ones are already dirty and have visible stains on them. This level of cleanliness and service is unacceptable for a hotel. We expected much better standards and hope the management will address these issues immediately. Yesterday, we informed the reception about the poor housekeeping and specifically asked for our room to be cleaned the next day. The staff apologized and assured us that everything would be taken care of. However, when the next day came, the room was in an even worse condition than before. The trash was still not removed, the room was not properly cleaned, and the overall housekeeping service showed no improvement despite the promises made by the hotel staff. It is extremely disappointing to receive assurances from the reception and then see no action taken. This experience has fallen far below the standards we expected."
