Sotavento Club Apartments

"Excellent hotel clean . All the staff were very welcoming. We asked for a extra pillow and blanket on first night as it was a bit chilling ,within half a hour they were brought to the apartment. The hotel give you a starter pack of cleaning products which consisted of washing up liquid ,cleaning cloth ,scourer and a black bag . Towels and bath mat were changed every 2nd day . Bedding was changed couple of times . You get one remote for the two tvs one in living area and the other in the bedroom Adequate wardrobe storage for clothes . Cooking equipment consists of 3 cooking rings ,microwave and a toaster . Cups ,glasses ,plates , bowls and cutlery set of four . In the bathroom a powerful shower with screen ,shower gel/shampoo provided . Plenty of sun loungers ,outside jacuzzi , big swimming pool . Music played all day around pool area from 10 till 8 in the evening . Big shout out to Hector one of the lifeguards that put our umbrella up whilst on our stay . There is a desenated smoking area outside of the hotel also a ashtray is provided out on the balcony. Also there's a wall clothes airer out on the balcony. There is a supermarket on the site of the hotel . Down the hill you will find a spar and dino supermarket. About 15 min walk you can find a lidl and 20 mins to aldi so plenty of supermarkets . This hotel is situated at the top of a hill 5 mins from the strip but if you turn left out of the hotel it is flatter but just takes you 10 mins to the strip. Plenty of cafes and restaurants in the area. We had gone on this holiday for a belated birthday treat for my sister . On arrival there was a bottle of cava ,ice bucket and ice in the freezer .My sister is a non drinker after speaking with a member of staff they exchanged it for 2 non alcohol cocktails Would definitely recommend this hotel"

"The hotel was amazing and exceeded our expectations as a group of 4 girls on a holiday. The apartment was clean and comfortable as was the poolside. The staff have quite literally made our holiday here!! They looked after us incredibly well, greeted us every morning and day without fail and made sure we were okay and nothing is too much of an ask for them. Food was very nice also, drinks are more expensive around the pool bar but that is expected and typical of everywhere, unbeatable cocktails, particularly the frozen!😍 we would like to say a very big thank you for such a hospitable stay at Sotavento, we would 100% return! A special shout out to Enrique & Antonio, without a doubt you guys absolutely made our stay!! We can truly say we will never forget the staff, and amazing time had by all, at Sotavento. Thank you! "What a great hotel. We stay at the sotavento every year….. hotel staff are great, foods great, pool atmosphere is awesome. Big shout out to the main man Antonio, he’s a life and soul of the party, he’s one funny guy!! enrique on reception is fantastic, he cannot do enough for you. Anything you want help with, he’ll sort it. Last but not least vicky. She will ensure your breakfast is with you as quick as she can. Always with a smile on her face.. Rooms are spotless and clean, showers are powerful. Beds are comfortable. What more do you need. See you all next year 👌"
