"I stayed her with 3 family members in July- it was my first time in Mallorca. The hotel was lovely, modern and spacious. It is in a great location and just opposite the beach, with many restaurants nearby on the promenade. The hanging pool is amazing and there are actually 2 on the roof. Lots of space for sunbeds. There are no handrails getting into the pools at either end which was a bit dangerous and for sunbeds in the middle or with the best view you had to pay extra. Our sea view room was very clean and spacious. Would highly recommend and would stay here again."

"Lovely hotel. Clean, nice room and staff were lovely. Check in staff were very helpful and accommodating. The pool is the rooftop which is an amazing area with a fantastic feature pool however you have to pay to 30 Euro's for sun loungers, and there is only a small section whereby guests can access a free sun lounger, when it’s busy getting a lounger will be difficult. For most of our stay the loungers were reserved but no one showed up to use them extremely disappointed and no Mention of the sun lounger Charge prior to booking my stay."

"One year later I returned to enjoy more of this lovely hotel and it did not disappoint. The best things about this hotel are the location (just across the road from the beach), the pool (the largest hanging pool in Europe), the vibe (very beach club) and the rooms (minimal clean design, large and spacious). We had no issues at all on our stay. We (four women) stayed B&B. Breakfast was excellent with a vast range of foods to suit all tastes including omelette station for customising your breakfast and local Majorcan delicacies. There are a lot of reviews about the pool and sun loungers. Both are free to use for hotel guests and they even provide excellent pool towels for free! There is a bar and snacks bar with food and drink that can come straight to your sun lounger! The front sun loungers (those directly adjacent one of the pools and along the front of the sun deck) are chargeable extra but all the time we were there no one hired them so we had a perfect sea view from our sun loungers in the row directly behind the premium ones. If you want to be poolside, the second pool (mountain view) has free/included sun loungers for hotel guests. My one feedback is that the pool is excellent, has ladders but the stairs are a bit dangerous without a banister of some sort - I would love to see something installed next to the stairs. The staff were helpful at receiption and on the sun deck (helping by opening umbrellas and keeping more raucous guests well controlled). I will definitely be returning to this excellent hotel."
