"Our stay was marked by extremely poor service from start to finish. Upon arrival, check-in took 15–20 minutes per guest, so if there is a queue, you can easily expect to wait 45 minutes or more, just like we did, even though there were only a few couples ahead of us. The cleanliness was also far from satisfactory. In addition, guests should be aware that more than half of the entire pool area is apparently owned by another company, meaning you have to pay extra for sunbeds — something we were never informed about beforehand, nor could we find any information about when booking. A single sunbed costs €25, which is honestly outrageous. Where is this stated anywhere? Another issue was that guests are not allowed to bring food or drinks from outside, despite there being no clear information about this anywhere either. It felt like the hotel was making up its own rules regarding both sunbeds and outside food without properly informing guests before booking. The breakfast was very poor, and we ended up eating out every day instead. The staff provided bad service throughout the entire stay. We booked “The Loft Junior Suite,” but it felt more like an ordinary room that was simply a bit larger. Definitely not what you would expect from a suite. from start to finish. "The staff Raquel , Sofia and Sonia were very helpful and accommodating. I don’t think they were changing the bed sheets every day !! Liked the rooftop swimming although the water was really cold. Gym was good but small and not very equipped, yoga mats were good to practice on . It slipped during the poses. Towels were grey colour ( don’t show the stains , dirt). Breakfast was quite good . As I said at the beginning 10 out of 10 to the staff named above."

"Lovely hotel in great location. The rooms are spacious and modern, the shower is huge and the drawers under the sink were super handy for my daughters and their make up when getting ready! Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and there was a lovely little outside seating area to catch some morning sun with a coffee! A few minutes walk to the bus stop to get the bus to Palma which is definitely worth a visit. The beach is just a 2 minute walk from the hotel with lots of restaurants along the front, highly recommend Tom Browns! The pool area was great and different from any other hotel we’ve been to in Majorca, fantastic views but the water was a little cold but that’s what you get in April. Would return again 💯"
