"Stayed 13th-20th September. The hotel its self was in a great location , very close to the strip and a lot of lovey restaurants within close walking distance, the pool was a good size and plenty of sunlounges for everyone (no wars or fighting for a bed at all), However the pool could have been cleaned a bit more regularly only saw it happen once whilst we were there, and a bit more maintenance with pool side equipment for example the pool ladders were out of order all week and the were a few tiles missing as well as one of the drains in the pool being broken. The room (306) was lovely with a great view and very spacious, what i would fault would be the cleanliness itself, under the shelf in the bathroom was black mould looks like it hadn't been cleaned in quite a while , the air conditioning could do with being looked at as it made me and my partner feel a little unwell whenever we had it running smelled a little like gas coming out more then anything else, the room service was very touch and go, even with the sign on the door for 5 of the 7 days we were staying , to ask for new towels and for the room to be as they put it 'made to feel like home again' this actually only happened twice while we we there, not that it effected the stay one bit , could just be looked into and managed a bit more. The staff was very accommodating and lovely people, there was one issue with one of the older bar staff members as we felt like he was very rude and a little dismissive at times , the rest of the staff were great, and very helpful at all times of the day, I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a quite time during the day and looking to be close to the strip at night (5 min walk straight down the hill) 4/5 could do with some improvements but overall very nice stay."
