"The good. This is a beach front hotel, the rooms and hotel (including the poo) were clean and tidy, the food good and all staff extremely friendly, especially the ladies at the pool bar because I was always there 😂😂. I didn’t experience any of the dirt, cockroaches or dodgy beds. They are strict about the pool, especially diving, because it is so shallow . The bad. It’s not quite a 4 *. I’d say a good 3* but this didn’t bother me. Yes the car park only had room for half a dozen cars but that didn’t bother me either . I would say this was built in the 60’s or 70’s and had a light refresh over recent years. Conclusion: It had a cosmopolitan clientele from US, UK, Italy, Spain and Asia which was nice .only went for 2 nights to see the eclipse and probably wouldn’t rush back to this hotel or Magaluf to be honest but I enjoyed my stay here . Many thanks to Albert and the rest of the team, especially the new girl on reception who was very helpful when my travel agent “sleezyjet” forgot to pick me up from the hotel on my way home."

"Location is perfect. Too much controlling in pool area, felt like kid not like an adult in adult hotel. Rooms doesn’t have proper beds, more like rollway beds, only one socket next to bed not one each on both sides. Not worth the money. No milk alternative in pool bar, until I asked for manager then magically soya milk arrived. Reception doesn’t seem like bothered customer service is very poor. Everyone working so slow with big queues. Food is 5/10. There is a chef making eggs in the morning , asked him if he could do omelette and his answer was “ NO “ and walked away. This is definitely not 4* hotel. There is no music playing anywhere in the hotel or pool area. No bar opened after 8pm. Not allowed to use swimming pool after 8 other. Felt like in the nursery not in adult hotel."

"Very disappointing stay. If I'm honest, I would rate this as a 3-star hotel with a nice sea view, not a 4-star hotel. The sea view was beautiful and the breakfast buffet was decent, but everything else was below expectations. Housekeeping was very poor – our pool towels were never replaced, so we had to use the same towels throughout our entire stay. The rooms were noisy, outdated, and not properly cleaned. Overall, this was one of the dirtiest hotels I've stayed at. The staff were often unfriendly and not helpful when we asked for assistance. Definitely not worth the price. I would not stay here again or recommend it to others."
